Wow that's crazy! Are the staff an even topless male and female ratio or are they all females? You don't get anything like this in the UK as far as I am aware, it's interesting because in many ways we are more liberal about sex work. For example, prostitution is legal. The men who work there, also wear kilts. Which, should help with the equality aspect you speak of. Though, they are the modern style and of traditional length for men.

I've seen men wear a mix of utility kilts, as well as the more traditional modern style without pockets. I have about nine different kilts. Most being the utility style. Though, my favourite is the wool "Black watch" tartan I have.

The few times I've been to a Tilted Kilt, the wait staff has been very entertaining. The waitresses were always very professional, and personable. Same with the male waiters. Bartenders were men and women, though women were in the majority. Won't try and hide that it is marketed more towards men. But, I have seen a number of women customers too. I keep going back because every time I've been there, it's been enjoyable times and the staff at all the locations I've been to were very professional and welcoming.
There will always be an indifference when it comes to more adult things being geared towards men than women. I think the opportunity is there for both.
