Suspended for my former boss mistake

I previously worked in a studio but went ahead to open another account independently.I wasn't aware my former boss would try such an atrocity as to allow another person who is not me to perform a show. I have been told am suspended for allowing another person into my former cb account which I had no idea happened. Please I dont know the identity of the person who tried to access my account and I am in a different city now how can I get my account unsuspended. I've contacted cb support no response yet. Kindly advise
