Hello. My account was temporarily suspended yesterday, for supposedly advertising on other platforms???? What does that even mean?? Ive messaged them about it and the reply was not helpful at all.

If you are an affiliate I know I report affiliates for poaching, and violating TOS of other sites to advertise. I report them directly to Chloe and Charlie. If you are a model then what Amber said.

Im still confused. I thought you could like post on Reddit and Twitter and have those connected to your stripchat account? I used to cam on another site but I don’t use that as Stripchat was better for me. Could that be the problem??

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to advertise yourself on Reddit or Twitter, but if you linked your Reddit or Twitter ON your stripchat profile, that might be it.
Hopefully @xChloe or @Charlie_SC can chime in on what we are missing.

I probably had them on the profile part, but I’m almost positive that they have a spot where you can add social media links. Could be wrong. Thank you so much for the reply btw.

Yes @xChloe or @Charlie_SC will confirm, but as far as I know, (I am just a user/member) the only sites that you can advertise or post links to in your SC profile or indeed anywhere on your page or in your physical room are the ones that can be placed in the specific social media links "area". They then appear above your broadcast stream window (next to your "join fanclub" link).
As far as I know, the only sites that can be linked in such a manner are FB, Insta, Twitter, Amazon wishlist, My.club, xHamster and Fancentro. As far as I know, any other site are forbidden to be linked or even mentioned. e.g. no OnlyFans etc.
So if your bio or room decor, or stream makes any reference to Only fans, or similar, even probably whattsapp for example, then that would probably be the reason for your ban.
But I'd also suggest reaching out to Chloe or Charlie for exact clarification.

I checked the information on your request, and yes, the problem is advertising other platforms (most likely Fansly or Onlyfans), not ON them, of course.
I will, in any case, clarify why my colleagues chose such obscure wording, but now I apologize for the incident.
