Hello my username is headjay13 and my husband's username is jayhead14.
We made an account with my husband's email for the first time and he forgot to age verify before hand. So when we were done broadcasting our account got suspended. He did everything to verify after and it is approved now but the account is still suspended and I'm ineligible. He has emailed them but is not getting any response back. I made my account today and it says I am ineligible on my account also. I also messaged them but only recieved automated message back. Could you please help! We want to broadcast. @ punker barbie
