We both got suspended and can't figure out how to fix it. we both contacted support and nothing is helping. if anyone know what to do please help!

Hello @punker barbie I submitted a new email to resolve my ban! I was recently informed I am banned from streaming but I was wondering what rules or terms I broke. The other day was my first time streaming and I was very unaware on how to navigate the software. I did not mean to break any rule and I am truly sorry I did. I tried to fix my account by uploading my boyfriends ID as well because thats what I read in a Chaturbate reddit post. By doing that I got banned. Him and I tried everything to get ourselves age verified and link our accounts. id be more than happy to send over our IDs and fix this issue. I would love another chance at streaming on this platform. I really want to stream with my boyfriend and I would love if I could be informed what I did wrong and a possible way to fix it. please help me stream!
