Hi @punker barbie , my username is Lena_cutesy. I got an email response, was asked to provide username of the person who appeared on my screen, which I have done.

Now I am still waiting for another feedback and I hope my account will be unsuspended.

After adding him/her to your account as a guest you must also add yourself to their account as guest. Everything is explained in the above link

There is no option to add her as a guest while my account is still suspended.
