support is not responding, the withdrawal button has disappeared

Hello! For 12 days I have been writing to support from all emails and accounts, but only an automatic response comes. We have a studio and models work there who cannot receive money, since the button for withdrawing funds disappeared from the studio account on 10/31/2024. Tell me what to do, I am in a state of panic.

Stop emailing then and wait.
Every time you email them again, it keeps bumping you to the end of the line. Wait a few days to week for a reply.

@punker barbie We have not been able to get a response from support since 10/28/2024 and are in a state of panic, since we have nothing to pay the models with. Payments from the studio account still haven't arrived and there is no button to request funds on the account. Please tell us what to do....
