Hello, I don't work for chaturbate, but in any case you should contact chaturbate via email. Describe the problem to them and keep the evidence (extortion letters) or whatever.

You will most likely have to confirm your identity so that Chaturbate support can communicate with you via another email. But you will receive instructions.

Does a contract have to be written in your country or can it be verbal or implied by common practice?

Verbal contracts, or even 'implied' contracts (for example, based on common industry/sector practices) can be considered legally binding in many countries. But the difficulty often lies in proving the truth and meaning of what a verbal/implied contract includes.

It's better to have a written contract but it might not be necessary.
