Stripchat does not send out any tax forms.

Use this form https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sc.pdf but I assume you aren't doing it manual so usually depending on the service you use there is some option for reporting self employed income.

Well all the other cam sites are US based. I always report that I am self employed for all these years but my accountant is doing it

Just tell your account that the company isn't USA based n they don't send a 1099. You just need to look at your earrings and tell your account the name strip chats uses to pay you and the amount you earned
