Stripchat rejecting Documents of me and my partner.

HI we are from india . me and my partner was trying to register in stripchat and uploaded documents. but they are rejecting the documents by simply telling it is rejected. we have sent mail to support many times with the relevant documents but they are not replying. we have given different types of documents too. even though they are rejecting the application.
i have read in this forum that stripchat is not accepting indian performers.

can anyone help me

We do accept Indian documents, but please ensure that the document you are trying to submit has your last name as well as your date of birth.

we have submitted aadhar card, pan card and voter id too. as we do not have passport we have submitted all other documents, but still they are rejecting.
