Stripchat not pay my money, need help

Please can anyone anyone help me. On status on Stripchat text my money is payed, but on bank still nothing. They say to wait 10 days, than they will investigate i m model on stripchat with username: Booty_Queen95. I call my bank and they don t see any income payout, i m scared that i will not get my money, i need it. That is my only way for live and only work. I need help. Can anyone give me better answer where is money, because i don t have better response

Monday was a bank holiday in the United States, transactions were not processed until Tuesday. Today is Wednesday. You should probably have it by Thursday (tomorrow).

If Stripchat has confirmed they sent the payment, you should get it tomorrow. Given the way you listed the date are you outside of the US?
