Hey guys!
If you are not familiar with Stripchat.com, here is a brief introduction to welcome you aboard.
We are a Live Adult Entertainment Platform featuring free live-streamed webcam performances in both traditional and VR formats. Today, we are one of the most rapidly growing websites in the industry, featuring advanced in-house developed functionality & straightforward, user-friendly models` dashboard.

Long story short, my name’s Chloe, and I am here to support & guide you with any questions you may have devoted to Stripchat.com.

Broadcasting modes and 15 ways to make money:
1. Online tips (Free chat): users can tip you while you’re broadcasting as an appreciation or for a request. Make sure you list your activities along with prices in your Tip Menu so that users know how much to pay for each request.
2. Offline tips: users have the option to send you tips even when you are not online.
3. Spy mode: can be used when you are hosting a virtual private mode and do not want your show to exist in public view. It is the perfect way to earn extra money.
4. Private Show: you set your price per minute, and the requestor enjoys a tete-a-tete show with you. However, spies can enter the Private Show.
5. Private Show recordings: you have the option to record your Private Shows and save them to your video gallery. You can also publish them as paid videos and therefore make some extra cash.
6. Group Show: it is very similar to a Private Show; however, an unlimited group of people can join this show. You set your preferred price per minute. Do not forget to let users know whether the show will start immediately or in 10 minutes so that they can prepare themselves for the fun.
7. Ticket Show: it’s a regular Group Show but instead of setting your rate per minute, you set a fixed price that users must pay with their tips to join the show.
8. Cam2Cam: it is similar to a Private Show (you also set your price per minute), but the requestor can turn on both camera and microphone, and thus you will see and hear each other. Spies are not allowed to access the show. After the show finishes, the user can keep a recording of it if you`ve enabled this option. You won’t be able to save the show.
9. Mobile broadcasting: use your mobile device to broadcast from very different places and interact with your audience.
10. VR: make your stream innovative by updating your standard 2D-video into virtual reality.
11. 3-Hourly Contest: every 3 hours we reward the top 5 earning models with StripPoints and cash prizes. Only online tips counted in the contest.
12. Monthly Contest: depending on how many StripPoints you`ve received during the 3-Hourly Contests, you can win up to $1000 every month.
13. Sell your content: you can create public albums for all users or friends. Moreover, you can create paid albums for anyone willing to pay tokens and access them. Add your best shots and videos, set the price, and receive some passive income.
14. Referral program: A special link, which is available in your dashboard, allows you to bring visitors and earn an extra 20% of ALL their payments made in your room.
15. Fan club: it is a subscription service, which you can enable anytime to get passive income monthly from your loyal fans.

I just need to say that Bongacams was made aware that they were sponsoring this site several years ago. They stopped sponsoring it within a few days of being made aware of it.

That's a little bit different then 3-4 years :dead: because I did some digging, and there are mentions of conversations that have been had with Stripchat in 2017 about this very issue.. Which seem to have ended the same as the response to @Mila_ 's attorney .. AKA silence and no action.

Yes, you are greeted by Stripchat banners on every pirate site out there. Most are run by the same webmaster. And it's not just piracy, models get doxxed, harassed, trolled, everything. And the admin himself is a part of it too. I don't think there is a single licensed file, video or picture, on these sites. 100% purely unlicensed material. Every other site has pulled their ads except Stripchat.

Hi Chloe, when I first saw the "Gift Tokens" option, I thought "oh great" but also "oh, bad, guys are just now going to be demanding and begging not only from the model but also from tippers too", but never the less, I still thought it's a nice feature, until I clicked it to test it and saw you have to buy a new token package to send to someone. It's not a simple case of me being able to send some tokens which I already have to someone else. Which is a shame.

This is because Stripchat is new to the scene and they don’t know in affiliate marketing it is essentially a cardinal sin to work with piracy sites openly like this. And the reason for that is trust is the single most important thing in this industry where affiliates get shaved by their sponsors all the time, sponsors lie and take their earnings away so when you see a sponsor engaging in such shady tactics like allowing illegal sites to use their programs any trust you could have towards the sponsor is automatically gone, if Stripchat fucks their own models over how will they respect and uphold anything to their affiliates? American, Canadian, UK, German and Australian affiliates are extremely concerned with the reputation of a sponsor because they don’t want to waste their energy and time on sites that will do shady shit like this, especially when working revshare where you have to wait sometimes years before your signups start spending and you get a return on the investment. Since Stripchat is silent about this on Monday I will be exposing this whole story here and on affiliate forums GFY and Blackhatseo. Keeping this Russian pirate onboard is going to cost them premium American/can/uk traffic cause affiliates switch to other offers before working with a shit sponsor that can’t be trusted.

Following the number of requests devoted to removing models’ content published on 3rd party sites is rising, the Stripcash team created an email dedicated to such requests.

The email is modelcare@stripcash.com

Please provide the following information when submitting your request:
  • Stripchat profile URL (the link to your profile on Stripchat)
  • URLs pointing to exact content related to your profile you want to remove
The above way is the only official way to get in touch with the Stripcash team regarding these issues.
  • Meanwhile, if you see your content taken from Stripchat and posted on this site without your consent, and you want to get it removed, PM me the URLs, and I’ll create an application on your behalf.
  • All requests from Stripchat models sent directly through the DMCA form on this site will also, of course, be considered, and the content will be removed.
More details on how the process works:
  • When you report a video featuring our site’s logo, it means that the video has been taken from our platform, and we can report the video for not licensed usage; hence, we are getting it removed instantly.
  • However, it is also guaranteed that the Stripcash team is contacting webmasters you’ve reported even if there is no Stripchat logo on the content. Some of them remove the content instantly, some of them don’t. It means that our team will be getting in touch with webmasters you’ve reported as long as it takes for the content to get removed.
  • The goal of the affiliate program is to bring traffic, and for the affiliate to get paid for it afterward, that’s it.
  • It also happens the content published on the 3rd party site leads to Stripchat, but it has been initially taken from another platform (due to split camming or due to the origin of the affiliate site); such cases might take longer.
  • Webmasters are choosing the affiliate program and a site they want to send traffic to themselves; they can be registered with as many affiliate programs they want, and this process is usually automated. Only webmasters/affiliates are responsible for the sources they receive content from; our team can only assist with removing Stripchat’s models content following your official request.
There were many successful cases when we removed videos from 3rd party sites, but we usually had our logo on them. That’s why we always suggest using DMCA or any additional services for the protection of your streams. When it comes to Stripchat, we ensure you receive traffic from affiliates, social media, PR, and media communications. We work hard on making correct steps towards being widely exposed by reputable media (ex).

We keep all the traffic on a site with no ads you can see on Stripchat. Unfortunately, we can’t track and change the way dozen of thousands of affiliates receive and send traffic, but we are trying to assist you with removing your content.

First of all, we did it for security reasons. The account owner can only spend purchased tokens (tokens on balance).

I'm going to be very blunt because this response is honestly really shocking to me and I haven't fully processed it enough to have a diplomatic response in turn. Here's how I'm reading your response:

"Hey, this site is sending you traffic. We'll get them to remove your SC vids, but everyone else is SOL. We care about our affiliates more than you. If you don't want to have your stuff on camwhores, then just become a model on SC because we have a deal with them whereby they won't upload SC model stuff on the site. We pay them to ensure that only SC models are protected"

How is it that other sites have had zero issues taking away their sponsorship of the site once they've been made aware of it? Your response is incredibly disappointing and out of touch. I have had such amazing responses from you and other support members in the past and this has just blown my mind in an incredibly negative way.

I hope you're aware that this site has and probably still does host 1) child porn 2) revenge porn 3) non consenting porn and many other things. They have and still do! doxx people and share actual personal information.

You should really get with your team and have an actual discussion about all this because it is really a terrible look you have right now. If a news org got ahold of this, they would have an absolute field day.

The question is though, why is stripchat bankrolling pirate content sites when these sites violate the stripcash terms of service (section 10, points b/e/k and a bunch of others in section 10). Ad revanue is what makes these sites profitable, and since stripcash is now the only adult affiliate program allowing these sites to run ad's, which makes stripchat / stripcash now 100% responsible for the profitability of these sites. Anyone site that is reported and found to have pirated content should be removed from the affiliate program.

Unfortunately, we can’t track and change the way dozen of thousands of affiliates receive and send traffic.

That's not true, traffic can 100% be tracked back to it's referral source, and even for the sake of argument, if you were unable to see the referral data for the traffic sent, having the member have to provide the domain for review before being allowed to participate in the stripcash program would accomplish the same thing, and by enforcing the TOS you can change the way that webmasters are sending traffic to the site (ie/ kicking people off the affiliate program that run sites of pirated content like every other adult affiliate program now does). what's the point of having the TOS if it's not going to be enforced?

Stripchat's stance on the matter as of now seems to be that getting extra traffic to the site is more important than the safety and well being of any model working on any site, as they are directly ensuring that these sites continue to run.

So the issue isnt a DMCA issue, we all know these sites run from locations that dont comply to DMCA takedowns. Issuing DMCA takedowns in general is just a cat and mouse game, since every link needs to be reported individually, so a simple url change then requires the process to start over and that game never ends. The real impact comes when you take away the $ funding the sites since then there is no incentive to spend $1000's a month hosting stolen content since there's no return for doing so.

By allowing these sites to be on the stripcash program, stripchat / stripcash are profiting off every models stolen content, Which makes stripchat as bad as the sites hosting the pirated content.

What about models who are not on stripchat? Your partner site camwhores . tv steals content from everywhere, it's only a fraction from stripchat. Can we use this too?

I am also quite certain, 99.999% of the delete request will be about ONE of your affiliates. Goes by the online name "securom".

I don’t think Stripchat understands the issue we are discussing. I will make it as plain and simple as I possibly can:

Stripchat is financing an illegal site. Stripchat is the sole sponsor. This website is a porntube of pirated content and non-dmca compliant. Stripchat is aware of the illegal nature of the website and chooses to continue to keep this affiliate in the program. Since a site of this nature has elevated running costs and your company is the sole sponsor you are bankrolling the operation, without your financing this website could not cover the cost to continue to pirate our copyrighted content therefore Stripchat is responsible.

And what is the issue for Stripchat, other than the ethical and moral considerations of getting your traffic from a website that pirates the content of your competitors and models in the industry? If you don’t care about your company’s brand and image, or the morality of it, you surely will care about your payment processors finding out where your traffic comes from. You see, it doesn’t matter if your company is from a country with no laws on copyright and you can get away with it there, your payment processors are American so they do have to comply with American laws and DMCA, and then theres Visa and MasterCard who are very vigilant of the sources of traffic and the illegal activities of the companies they work with so your payment processors are forced to terminate your accounts if you are knowingly getting your traffic from illegal sources.

Now we were hoping we could resolve this in an amicable way through a conversation via email but your affiliate department ignores them. Then I decided to escalate the issue to this forum and make it somewhat public. But you don’t seem to even understand where the issue is and what the consequences of keeping affiliates who are demonstrably involved with illegal activities is for your company so now I will get in touch with Epoch, Paymentico and whatever other payment processors you are using so they cancel your accounts. I don’t really enjoy having to take measures like this and it’s a lot of time, effort and money, so it would be better for you to simply terminate his affiliate account and never let this individual work with your program again, but if you don’t terminate it we will write to your payment processors on Monday.

Also, expect an in-depth thread about this issue on here and on GFY. I will make sure to mention Myfreecams, Chaturbate, Onlyfans and Streamate reps so they learn how you have decided on profiting from their stolen content.

Yes this website doxxes models and allows / encourages the doxxing of models.
So on top of the very illegal activity of stealing sexual content from streamers/content creators and reposting it for profit (which is funded by stripchat)
it also encourages (and participates themselves in) the illegal activity of posting private information of said streamers/content creators, which directly impacts the personal safety of said streamers/content creators (which is funded by stripchat)
On top of this they do not verify nor can proof that the footage that is being uploaded is of consenting ADULTS.
Who knows what other criminal things they are doing, and stripchat therefore is funding?

Stripchat saying, fuck your personal wellbeing and safety, as long as we receive traffic we're fine with whoever gets hurt in the process... Seems... Problematic at best.
Do you really not understand that knowingly funding illegal activity, makes you responsible for that illegal activity? Because I can tell you that certain payment processors will see things as clearly as they are to all of us.

Working in this business there's a few things that are extremely important:
- consent
- personal safety / privacy
- trust

With how they've been handeling things, it seems that Stripchat doesn't care about any of these.

Wowowowowowowow. Wow. Wow. I just......wow.

I used to work on Stripchat and liked it, moved over to SM while splitting with my old CB account, but still have my old Stripchat account and was going to start using it again soon. So scratch that, looks like I'll be deleting. It makes me feel so icky that a site that is ok with this has all my personal info (I don't even know if it will be gone once I delete, but either way, I'm OUT). I've recommended Stripchat to so many people on here and on other forums, now I feel gross about that and will be actively recommending against it.

I actually went to post this on another forum, but luckily I saw that @yummybrownfox did already!! I hope this really gets around, as I now don't believe that Stripchat should be trusted with people's information in general.

This new information is making me feel relieved that I never did start broadcasting on this site. Being all nonchalant about sponsoring a piracy site known for doxxing models...fucked up. But to hell with sex workers and their privacy/safety, huh? Everyone knows there are some sick, vengeful, unhinged people on the internet, and your real name, address, etc. getting into the wrong hands could cause some serious damage that I'm sure I don't need to get into details about...

All of this exactly ^^^^^^^^.
Now I know this site is never gonna be worth any further consideration as a model nor a buyer.
Or worth learning much more about. When before, I did like to come to this thread and learn about it. F that.
If you guys were smart, the time to redeem yourselves and to do damage control is... News Flash.... RIGHT NOW.

I was keeping Stripchat as an option if CB's userbase ever got stale like it happened on MFC circa 2015, I thought of it as a more interesting option than Bongacams or Camsoda... but I would never give my ID to a company this sketchy.

Hi,

Indeed, I misunderstood the origin of your request. I thought you were seeking a way to guarantee you can remove your content from that site, and that’s why we’ve arranged and proposed the email solution.

Following your further requests and complaints, it is clear and understandable what you want.

We have many departments, and it happens traffic department sometimes buys from very different sources, but we do not tolerate piracy in any form.I’ve collected everything, your reports, and feedback, and it is already on our management’s table.

I am waiting for their final decision to share it with you.

Following our investigation conducted after your recent reports, we’ve decided to arrange broader investigation and check all existing partnerships we have, not only this one. We will manifest zero tolerance to those partnerships suspected being pirate sites using stolen content and we will ensure agreements with such sites (if they exist) will be terminated. We will also try to ensure no pirate sites will register again with our affiliate program by better investigating the origin of the content source when it comes to web partnerships.

We’ve taken this process seriously and we want to assure you that all partnerships of this kind will be terminated ASAP including the above mentioned affiliate. Our team requires time to investigate and check all partnerships we have; It is also evident we won’t extend any partnerships suspected for using pirate content.

I also wanted to thank you for bringing it to our attention, we hear you and we want to make Stripchat the best online community ever existed. Your feedback is our way to improve and ensure we are doing correct steps towards creating this best online space for you and your fans.

If we stream on other cam websites, not on stripchat, but still have videos posted on that awful 3d party website can we still use the stripcash email? That website mila posted on the previous page is the most awful website ever, I've been trying to get my videos removed from there from ages, nothing nothing worked so far and is honestly making me feel so sad and depressed, especially when I hear they are being sponsored by a cam website...

What does ASAP mean here exactly? It's good you want to pay more attention to this issue in the future and check your others partnership, but this particular case is clear and if you want to investigate it further you can do it AFTER you drop this affiliate. It should be handled by now and it still isn't.

Question: did you terminate his affiliate account? Yes or no? Because your banners are still up and running on his multiple sites with his referral number like it's Thursday and we in business.

Here is all the investigation you need.

They are all owned by the same man, a russian who goes by the nickname "securom" on russian affiliate boards. Terminate his affiliate account and make sure he cannot open another one with the same payment information, name and ID.

I gave you an extra 24 hours before posting to GFY hoping you would terminate the account but it's Tuesday and the Stripchat banners and pop-unders are still featured with the affiliate ID so here you go:

My next step is Epoch and Paymentico. I would terminate the account if I was you.

Thanks for your investigation and the complete list of sites provided.

Please note that we’ve already informed this affiliate about canceling our partnership.

Following your requests and internal investigation, we stopped paying them from Sunday, May 23rd.

Due to the nature of media buying, it will take some time to remove everything. Because it also requires the affiliate to react and remove all the banners, links, and any associated content from his sites.

Simultaneously our team is already checking and rolling down ads on all other sites featuring content that might be considered pirate. We estimate that all suspicious partnerships and ads will be entirely down within one month.

Thank you for your understanding.
