Hi! I recently registered on Streamate but i need a proof of my address for KYC. Every time I upload something it gets rejected. I asked support what's wrong with that and just got standard automatic answer although i have everything they need there like my name and address, cam someone help me?

My bank statement, phone bill, my rent conract. My husband tried to do the same on his account with the same documents but all are rejected. We don't have any other options as we rent our apartment and bills are on owner's name. Support keeps silence, everything was rejected and I have a message in my profile that my account might be closed if i have a rejection again.
