I’m sorry, but I don’t think any model will take advantage of that. That sounds highly suspicious and fraudulent if you are willing spend $3000. If you are conducting fraudulent transactions, that puts a model’s account at risk of being banned.

Dude got banhammered, so this is probably a moot point now, but...
I mean, an oil baron or someone who invested in GME (and didn't hold) I'm sure could spend $3000 at once if he/she wanted to (in CB standards, that's like 37,500 tokens @ .08 a token). That part is very unlikely but not unheard of. Heck, not at one time, but I'm sure I've spent that amount/more on one model in a time period. I'm no oil baron, but I'm sure I could save up and spend $3000 at once if I wanted to too. The fact that it's any model who gives him their name though--? that is a big red flag.

I've only ever heard of those sorts of tips happening with regulars of a room, not with a 'first-come first-serve' basis.

This!! I have a few members who do have big wallets, but they never out right spent a lot of money on me the first day. There was a lot of communication, some exclusives, and some small spending before they dropped large amounts.

Public cam site rooms are crawling with penniless users with all sorts of tantalizing offers for everything under the sun. The only requirement is that the model send one tiny little PM to "discuss details" or contact some Skype name or WhatsApp number to arrange <whatever>. These users all by their own description fantastically rich, but apparently their trust fund won't let them buy a 10 dollar 100 token package before whisking the model away to a luxury resort for an oval weekend

People who advertise the size of their wallet in 18 point font is never up to any good.

Similar topic / related question. I received a LARGE tip on Streamate the other night and wonder what do you all do when you receive large tips? Should I send a thank you message to member or would that annoy them?

This was from a user who seemed new to me and most of my gold tips are $5-$10 but this was well over $400 gold in the first few minutes of public chat in an almost empty room.

Why do members do this and what are their expectations when they do?

We went and did a 20 minute exclusive and I offered to “use all my toys” because of the high tip amount but it ended up just a kind of normal show with 2 toys. We did cam to cam and he was quite attractive and it was a fun casual show, no unusual or extreme requests etc.

I hope that the user was happy and I do fear in some ways that the tip will be recalled somehow because I am shocked how the one tip was more than I received last week total.

I want to respond in a way as other girls would. But I was so surprised that I kept saying Thank you and blowing kisses until he started the exclusive.

I know these kind of tips are rare so I want to respond appropriately to keep myself open to the possibility of such a thing happening again. I am just getting started cam modeling and have been doing it part time one month now. Even when I stripped for 5 years in the clubs i never received a tip so large in my life.

Ive seen other girls put big tipper name on their wall or something similar and I also thought I should do that - if it is within Streamate rules. Any advice for how to respond, how to best understand motivation of big tippers and how to keep myself open to receiving similar tips in the future is welcome!

As a member, when I tip big like that it’s to let a model know I’m serious. Usually because I’m so enamored that I want to move directly past “flirting” and into show me everything territory

My first large tip was $200 and I was so shocked that I could not stop saying thank you. The member had sent me a message on messenger and said that it was a token of appreciation for always making him laugh. My camming style kinda determines how I respond to each tip

Depending on the type of camming you do, such as findom, brat, dominatrix, etc. the response and reaction will differ based upon your style/persona. I have the "girl next door that's an asshole" persona, and am extremely gracious and cheery for every single tip.

BUT I hate when guys tip and say, "so bb, what are you going to do for your favorite and biggest tipper" to which I respond very sarcastically that just for them, "I am going to put on my most modest and grungiest clothing and throw my dildos in the sink because I don't have to work any more thanks to your generous $5 tip". I actually do act this out to be an asshole troll to them. I find it funny. It entertains me and my room way too much when members who think they are packing big pockets think they're entitled to some grand gesture from me.

usually I’m drawn to independent models that are somewhat reserved. (Not have two lushes hanging out of their ass in public show kind of thing)

so normally I enjoy the dance of getting to know a model, what she is comfortable with, and how she runs her room..... but sometimes when lighting strikes I’ll grease the wheels by big tipping to get her attention. Try to make her more comfortable/interested in me so she will open up more with me and maybe push some lines. And big tips really help that

Occasionally, members think that tipping large entitles them to know my real name, where I live, and other personal info. Any exchange of personal information is not allowed on Streamate or their white label sites. (This is what I presumed of the "show me everything".)
