I am a nurse and have researched this extensively. They have done real medical studies (pubmed published them I believe) and tested the fluid ect. Most of the time, it is urine. A very small number of women can actually squirt. True squirt comes from 2 glands called scenes glands, on either side of the vulva. They need to be milked. Usually by pressing on the glands from the inside and then outside over and over. It appears to others you are fingering yourself. But even the small percentage of women who can squirt legitimately can't produce the stream that goes up in the air. That is a unicorn but still possible in rare cases. Gushing is traditional cum from inside the vagina. This also depends on genetics as to if you can do it. Porn stars use douches or creamy lube and then push at the end. actually I have done some more research since my 1st post and it is so confusing. Now I am pretty sure it comes from the g spot and the fluid is produced from the skenes glands...think balls produce gizzum and it then comes out of the penis.The fact remains that it is not something that most people can do esp with any force.But maybe because the general population HASN'T TRIED.?? And a lttle urine gets mixed in because you have to let go of those muscles to get it out. hi new here I not currently practicing but I to was a working nurse. I squirt a lot sometimes but need a combination of internal and external stimulation to get me going. I am not sure that it is possible or easy to restrict a gush to make it squirt. Personally they are much the same thing.

You will get more squirting as you run lower on fluid production (keep gushing/ squirting going), increase the intensity of contractions, or compress the lower part of the front wall more (more of a sitting position may help).
