Not sure what you mean Steph. You said Squicky as in grossed out? I am thinking you are looking at it like as liking spanking as an adult bc it reminds you of being spanked as a child? I was curious about the correlation rather than insinuating anything. A member once said he could never enjoy spankings in a sexual context, bc he was spanked so much as a child and it got me curious. I love spanks and was never spanked as a child. Obviously there is no way to tell on an informal poll like this, but I am more curious to see how many like spanks and if they got spanked or not than anything.

I just kinda read it like Megan's poll awhile a about a correlation between molestation and camming. Her implication was that molestation was an incident that often led to to girls camming. So I thought your question sort of implied that someone who liked being spanked as an adult and was spanked as a child meant there was a connection between the two. So I was just sort of saying that if anyone WAS spanked and DID like spanking might not answer because people might connect them in some sort of weird way. :/

This seems logical to me and totally harmless, if anything it intrigues me.

Sometimes in forum-land I feel as though things get taken away from the original intention way too quickly. I don't think this is a topic that is requiring anything that emotionally deep or awkward from anyone to be avoided. Call me ignorant, call me laid back. *shrug* It's a multiple choice poll. Pick the one that applies to you. There's no rule stating you need to follow-up with a post explaining your choice or what in life brought you to selecting it right?

For the record, I'm not trying to sound dismissive of those who are uncomfortable answering. Personally I just feel as though for the sake of a poll and light discussion, it doesn't require making a mountain out of a molehill.

I was literally just thinking about this yesterday. I was spanked as a child, and I really do love giving and receiving spanking sexually.
