I am a lapsed D&D player, only because after college the group went all over the place. Havent found another one since. Also played an awesome game called Earthdawn in college. Our group played together on the same story line for a year and a half. If you have never heard of it its a Hi fantacy game, and worth checking out.

I've played a bit, but nothing lately. We have a bundle of Pathfinder books here, though.

I can't convince my girlfriend to create an account on here, but she's actually playing D&D right now with four of our friends and it's one of the best games I've listened in on that she's done. They just started a new campaign a few weeks ago.

I vaguely play with her and another group of friends but I didn't really want to be active in this one because I get super annoyed sometimes with the DM and didn't want to have any negativity if I decided he was being a condescending asshole again to anyone.

I played DnD the the first half of freshman year of college.

I started a DnD group on skype shortly after I started camming, from my fans. We play off-and-on. Tried out a game called Anima: Beyond Fantasy um... two years ago I think. Currently we're playing an Anima campaign on Saturdays- which is why I take Saturdays off.

I am a HUGE tabletop/board game geek. I am fucking batshit crazy for them and am lucky enough to be surrounded by friends who love them too! We have regular game nights! I would love to chat with people about tabletop games, I'm adding a partial list in case we have some in common that we can talk about!

A teeny tiny sample of some of my current favorites:

Betrayal at the House on the Hill
Arkham Horror (and expansions)
Mansions of Madness
Flash Point
Sentinels of the Multiverse
Munchkin
Shadows Over Camelot
Fluxx (and expansions/alternate versions)
Gloom
Zombie Dice
Cosmic Encounters
Power Grid
Ticket to Ride

I've been into tabletop games for quite a while and recently I discovered Wil Wheaton's show Tabletop which is simply incredible! I highly recommend it, it is now part of "Geek & Sundry" which was launched by the brilliant Felicia Day and some other awesome people. It's like a geeky haven of entertainment.

I really enjoyed playing D&D but have only played it one time. It seems hard to break into playing it nowadays which is disappointing. The sort of people who have regular games going are fairly hardcore so it's a little intimidating as a newb. I played once in middle school with my brother and his friends and it just turned into them all trying to get their characters to feel up my character's boobs, it just got really sexually charged and weird so I had to flee. I'd love to play again and have been thinking of starting up some sort of D&D show on a regular basis on MFC!

I used to play a lot when I was younger but as I got older finding a decent DM became next to impossible. In my prime I had the player's handbook spells section memorized but these days I can't remember much. Although, long story, but we got our sex education from a D&D game. Every time someone goes "You roleplay, bb" I have to stop myself and remember to ask "What kind of roleplay" before I jump into "OMG! YES!"

One game I found a few years ago and really want to find a group to play with is Scion. It just looks so fun and I would have so much fun creating a character

well, I'm not a girl... BUT...
I used to play Middle Earth RPG in high school.
I had a little box with miniature figures of my character, which was a human ranger.

Guilty secret- I like creating characters for games I'll never play. I keep the character sheets on my computer so there's not a lot of paperwork involved, and since it's just a text document on the basic stats, what I spent skill points on, what feats I grabbed, and stuff like that, it doesn't take much space.

I have like, three dnd characters and five anima characters that I'll never use, not counting the three characters I created for games that never happened or only had a few sessions. :p

I don't get to play as much as I used to, but I love table top gaming, from RPGs to miniatures to board games. We all, of course, started out with DnD, with the high point of my DnD gaming coming with 2nd edition. I prefer I guess what I would call small ball DnD; if my character is anywhere near 10th level, that's a really high level character. I have the most fun with them before they become super powerful.

I really enjoy the variety of board games that are available these days. I've been keeping up with Wil Wheaton's Table Top series on YouTube; it's a lot of fun, IMO.

Edit: Yeah, so I sort of missed the "girls" in the title.

I've only played that once, after a friend of mine in college bought it, but it was a lot of fun. I've been meaning to hunt it down and pick it up for myself.

I did not consider munchkin a table-top game, because you play it with cards. But if it is considered one, I have:

Munchkin
Munchkin Dice
Star Munchkin
Munchkin Fu
Munchkin Bites
Munchkin Cthulu

It's the most fun when played in a group though, so I haven't played it much since graduating from college. My partner and I always end up arguing over the rules, which is supposed to be done in a fun way cause it's all in the spirit of the game, but we end up taking it too seriously. x.x

I would consider it to be a Tabletop game but I'm sure that everyone feels differently! Most on my list use just cards or boards too!

This is what Wikipedia says, but I think that everyone has their own way to classify games:

Betrayal is a simply wonderful game! We are very into cooperative games and I think that I usually prefer them over PvP games (though I love the hell out of those too). I love that it's always different and there are so many options!

Boardgamegeek.com is one of my favorite resources for checking out new games. :)
