A lot of adult sites have a disclaimer on entry about 2257 compliance.

I've seen a site NOT complying with it in terms of model ages despite having the 2257 statement.

I was wondering who enforces the 2257?

Is there an organization that can investigate the site and have it shut down for having minors on cam?

Well that's an American law so someone over there I guess. It's also only going to cover 'crimes' committed on American soil. Other countries might enforce infringements in their area if it's child pornography I guess - but then who do you charge? The site? The studio? The model themselves? It comes back to who you consider to be the producer and who knowingly distributed or broadcast it.

Hmm looks "U.S" to me  the sooner they are shutdown the better. The site is full of minors.

As far as I know, FBI investigates and DOJ enforces this law.

My question is, how do you know?

My friend is a model there (she is 26 btw) and she asked me "why is it so slow now" so I took a look

A quick look at the homepage showed dozens of underaged girls. Some appeared to be as young as 10. They also had a lounge of some kind. Where the topic seemed to be where to find the best little girls for shows.

An absolute disgracefull site.

Have reported them to these sites.

(deleted)

Are there some other places they can be reported to?

I hope that gets things moving to having them shutdown.

I just peeked at that site. I saw no models who looked "ten years old." I saw no one who could NOT have been over 18. Sometimes people mistake average Asian features as "young."

At any rate, if there are under-age women on that site, then they need to boot them off, but why would you want your "friend" to lose her income (shutting down the entire site)?

wow that place is a sleeper's goldmine. Also, I found an unexpected cammer...

My friend no longer wants any part of being on this site, as a Philippines model she's disgusted at how these people are using their children on the site. Heres a image I will be fwding to the CIA site in a few minutes all caps taken just 20 mins ago. The homepage on this site is actually a live update of the room feed.

Images have been censored. Amber please delete the image if necessary.

I talked to someone in this sites lounge they said they had reported 10 models as being underaged and the site responded by shutting their member account off but leaving the models still on.

Oh god. Yeah, I just looked and saw a girl who is literally 10 or so. Like not Asian features makes her look young, but...literally 10. A small child.

:angry4: Yeah its very bad !

I hope other will take a quick look and report the site so action can be taken.

Holy fucking shit... ok I didn't see anything like that for the few seconds I looked yesterday but wow. Do they have a 2257 listing on the page? It should list the custodian of records - that's the person the site employs to deal with administering ID and such. They almost certainly wouldn't know this was going on btw, probably have never looked at the site. Maybe, just maybe, if you contact them they would be concerned enough with either what's going on or even just their own reputation, to see action taken?

There is a 2257 on this page, url munged

I went in their lounge and was talking to a member and he said he had reported 10 underaged models. The result was the site banned his member account! and all the girls were still on the next day.

Unfortunaly what was in that image wasn't the worst of what I saw there.

I didn't fwd or submit that image anywhere not sure of the legality of it the complaint report sites said do not send images.

Interesting
search name of site +underaged

lots of hits

I am flabberghasted and appalled that anyone thinks posting links to and pictures of underaged content is ok here at ACF.

Seriously?

It's one thing if you want to investigate this shit on your own time, but don't post illegal content on my forum. How dare you?

OK looks like Amber has cleaned the thread perfectly understandable can understand her reasons for not wanting this site to be linked with such a topic.

Perhaps lock it also

I doubt it's the topic, more like the fact of having links and pictures of that stuff.

It's not the topic, it's the fact that you went out of your way to put the website's URL where to find these underage'd girls on cam and then posted censored pictures of what looked like 5 year olds. Not to be rude, but that was fucking disgusting and it can't be unseen. Use common sense next time please :) Thank you!

I totally agree, and fortunate for me the pics were already removed and I didn't have to see them.

Everyone is pretty fired up about the mistake made by the OP, and very understandable so, Amber beyond understandable so. But take a deep breath, and think if you had been in the OP's shoes. He is trying to do something, anything, to change what he has already been hit with, - has that same feeling of disgust that you all have right now. He comes here screaming FIRE, and he gets more than a little scepticism. That's no fire, you're just smelling the toast I burnt. That's not smoke, it's just dim in here. He knows there's a fire, but no one will take his word for it.

I think most here would have had better sense than to bring the fire in so someone would believe it. I would like to think I would not have done what the OP did, but I probably would have.

OP has apologized personally, and said to lock the topic if necessary. I think the discussion of the subject in the topic is OK, just adding pics, links, and any sort of inappropriate comments should be completely off-limits.

So I was thinking, NZ maybe the best course of action would be to call and/or meet with your local police and let them handle it. They must have colleagues in the Phillipines they can deal with and really it's the Phillipine Police that need to be involved because while the website does need to be shut down, I think it's clear the first priority needs to be getting those children to safety, and only police on the ground there can do that.

Oh and btw, I believe from the now deleted links their whois showed they're hosted by godaddy (bad irony a site like this is hosted by 'godaddy' heh) you could contact them I'm sure they'd be horrified and take it down - but contact the police first because the last thing you want is them switching to another provider and just starting up again.

GoDaddy was used to register the domain name. The site is hosted by a hosting company registered in name of CCBill. They are also using CCBill to process purchases. If you report it to CCBill they will shutdown the site and never process for them again.

However, as Jupiter said, this won't stop the site from moving to another place and pick a different company to process purchases. If you want to take down the site owner and not only the site, you must contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.

I still think you should contact police first, they need to identify those girls and remove them from harm, shutting down the site before that can happen could mean they just continue to be exploited elsewhere.

Ok I talked to the federal police here because I really felt I couldn't let this slide, and figured (at least) two complaints were better than one.

Here's what you can do about it. This site is an international anti-child abuse portal that will link you to the relevant authority in your country you can submit an online report, and they will contact police in the country in question.
