Does anyone have a lawyer for a takedown both MFC and ManyVids can't really do anything I need actual legal advice.

Thanks,
AriaNina

Best place for legal advice: a lawyer.
Arguably the worst place for legal advice: a random forum.

Shaun is totally right that you should never send a takedown notice yourself, but beyond that, if you want to take further action, you need a lawyer. I have literally no idea if they could do anything but the best advice you'll get here is "have MFC send a notice" and "ignore it". Sorry :(

I have seen plenty of references to these @WhiteKnightPRJ guys on my twitter feed. Following the links to their websitehttps://cammodelprotection.com/ they seem sort of legit.
Huge caveat I have absolutely no experience with the guys, and don't even really know a camgirl who is using them, but they advertise what you are looking for. Somebody to provide legal services and to do DCMA take downs. For situation the free trial, which offers a one time search and take down of material, seems potentially promising.

The big problem seems be the posting of salable videos. Since these aren't the property of either MFC or Manyvids, I can't say I am surprised they aren't being helpful.

One trick which may (emphasis MAY) help in the future is to do what one model did. In the huge pack of videos she sold for a cheap price there was a combination of capped shows, shows that were streamed but filmed at HD, and videos that were filmed offline (include boy/girl) video. She added a property of MFC water mark on all her videos, even ones like the boy/girl video which clearly aren't the property of MFC. By claiming these are property of MFC, it maybe easier to get MFC's in help in taking them down.

If you do go looking for a lawyer, you want to find one that specializes in digital intellectual property.[url=http://lawyers.findlaw.com/la...wyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/pract ... operty-law[/url]

Be really cautious if you look into the third party DMCA dudes. You're giving an unknown company your cam name AND your billing info with real name, address, etc. That's a whole lot of trust in a company where you don't know who's running it.

Typically, MFC doesn't balk at sending DMCAs for content other than live streams. I think that's just a difficult site to get your stuff down from permanently.
