Katee Sackhoff did a short film, a reboot concept of the Power Rangers. She's been retweeting comments about it today so I watched it. Very gritty look. Sex, drugs, blood splatters; definitely not the kids version you are familiar with. Honestly, if it were made into a movie today I'd probably watch it even though I never saw a single episode of any of the original series.

It got me thinking, we don't really have a thread about short films. Don't correct me if I'm wrong, search didn't find any and that's as far as I went.

So if you know any short films you think are really cool post them here. Generally I'm thinking they're under a half hour. Most of them are in the 10 to 20 minute range. So they wouldn't take too long to watch yet give you a little more substance than a cat fail compilation.
