Sharing Private Videos with the Model?

Sorry, I am sure that this question seems super sketchy, but I was wondering if there is a way on MFC to share recorded privates with the model. The other night my favorite model asked me if I could share with her the videos of a couple privates we had done but that she doesn't really remember (we both had been drinking). I guess she can see the transcript of the chat but not the video itself. I'm more than happy to share the privates with her, but I wasn't sure if there is actually a good way of doing it. She suggested that maybe the video feed could be run through my member cam using some sort of software. Capturing the videos and then uploading a password-protected file just seems icky to me, so I don't really want to do that.

I guess another more general question on the topic is if models would like to have access to the private recordings that MFC makes. I hate, hate, hate hearing/seeing audio and video recordings of myself, but I can also imagine a number of reasons why someone would want access to them.

Anyway, sorry if this question isn't appropriate to the forum or is too likely to produce posts that aren't appropriate. If that's the case, please delete it, because I would hate to cause trouble.

The only thing I can think of is recording your screen, while watching the private. Sorry but I really can't think of another way since I've never been able to watch my own privates.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am sort of concerned that recording/capturing the video would be the only way. It just seems odd to me that MFC lets me see a recording that it doesn't let the model see, though maybe it's an issue with the site trying to save on bandwidth...

There are ways to download it. Perhaps would require a script somewhere on the internet that helps you download videos found on the web? I could ask my friend, he was able to give me one of my privates before.

Thank you. I feel a little less strange asking about giving my model friend the private recordings, since it sounds like I am not the first person to wonder about it. Thank you as well for offering to ask your friend about it. I suppose that if downloading it and uploading it somewhere secure is the only way, I would be interested in knowing what he used to download it. If you don't mind finding out and PMing me (maybe best not to put the instructions generally on the forum?), I would be very grateful.

I know Firefox add-ons has a program called "Video DownloadHelper" that Ive used before for other things, it might work for you :twocents-02cents:

Thanks! I guess I will have to give that a try.

As a side note, I am becoming more convinced that MFC should give models access to their recordings. It's them on video, after all! At least give members the option to make the video available, because I'd rather do it through MFC than try to work around it. :thumbleft:

It isn't difficult to do. There are a dozen ways to do it. But there are so many ways someone recording shows can go bad for models, I wouldn't want to explain how to do it for public consumption. The more people who know to save the videos of their shows, the more likely those videos are to wind up shared all over Internet. That happens enough already, don't need to increase the amount of people doing that. There's already a topic on here from a model who had someone message her threatening to post recordings of her online. :snooty:

Goldenaye I agree because with watermarks maaaaaaan it would just outright suck to have publicity like that. Screencaps happen. they are going to happen and to expect that someone can police them is like expecting nobody to pee in the kiddypool. *shrug* all a model can expect is to make the money they make when they are there live. It seems shallow and callous of me but such is life. Let's not be all xbox one and expect to make money several times off of a live show when you don't offer it for video purchase like their old used games policy. Get permission from the model and its all good. end of story.

I would've worded it a bit differently, but yes I agree with this point. If you're a camgirl even if your blocking your area...prepare to be on the internet elsewhere without you I would however like to point out @Trollgent that this member is talking about sharing only with the model. He isn't saying the model, pornhub, and xhamster.

Those are fair points. Like I said, I had hoped there was a way to share it with her through the site without recording, which I am not wholly comfortable with because recording opens such a can of worms. :handgestures-salute:

You can't stop it in general, but you don't have to assist people in it either. Just because some people drink and drive already, doesn't mean you hand someone a beer and your car keys so they can do it too. No judgement on the person who asked the question's intentions, but they aren't the only one who will read this topic. Even though some people know how to do it already, doesn't mean everyone needs to know. Would any models want someone to come into their chat room too and explain to everyone how to record them? Probably not.

Right. How was I so stupid not to think of that? :-D

Anyway, maybe it's better just to delete the whole thread if people think that it's just encouraging/helping people to do recordings. For what it's worth, I downloaded and played around with ManyCam. Eventually I was able to send the video taken from a portion of my screen to my member cam. So there is a way to do it through MFC without downloading a recording and sending it to the model.

Tangentially, ManyCam is super obnoxious about recommending that you set MyStart as the default for your browsers during its installation process. :naughty:

I tried it as an exercise. Doesn't seem to be any way Download Helper will recognize the videos in MFC's member archives. DH includes a list of sites it can be used with, MFC isn't on the list.
