And who's going to make that site? 10+ years in the IT industry should have been more than enough to learn that you need a proof of concept for something like this. This is what an ideas guy would write.

Onlyfans payments are processed in an hour on my cosmopay card regardless of how the subscriber paid me. That's a big competitor with a known history to the adult industry right off the bat.

You're tunnelvisioned on the potential money to be made, forgetting that the top 20% of onlyfans creators make around $200/month. That means 80% of people are not making enough to pay rent in many countries, and that's before taxes. The same can be said for other subscription sites, because it's only the people at the top who are making most of the site's money.
Joining a new site with nonexistent traffic made by an ideas guy to save 10% of their earnings will not pay off financially.

Knowing that you're the guy who made a post about wanting to date camgirls, your motivations already look strange to people here. And people will get it, so I'm writing the site anyway. I have already written the underlying payment software. I came here because there are a lot of you and obviously you are in the industry. So you are my target audience. Like anything in life, just because you see a good idea in front of you, it doesn't mean you have to do anything with it. And regarding my site having no traffic? Nobody ever goes to onlyfans for onlyfans. There isn't even a search function to flick through the creators on the site. People go there from a creators' social media pages and they go there for that creator. You want to partner up with me? I'm not asking for some kind of exclusivity. Stay on onlyfans. I'm fine with that. But maybe give a link to your page on my platform to one or two people. Dip a toe. If it's working out, do more of that. I'm just offering the same kind of thing you've seen already, at much less commission plus no chargebacks.

What a bold lie! You will clearly eventually be requiring people's personal info if you are processing bank transfers! You need their full names, don't you? Hell, I even need to give my street address to every payment processor.. they need that info for legal purposes. Are you doing this legally? Why should people trust you with their info, let alone their money?

So either you don’t realize you’ll need personal information in order to process payments, or you’re hoping the models won’t realize it until they’re already on board and you can spring it on them. Either way, not a great start to a business arrangement.

Nor is promising not to ask for money in the same breath as giving the exact percentage you’ll take. You’re either confused, misleading, or a terrible communicator. Maybe all three.

And yeah, I’d say it’s a valid concern that your first post here made it clear that you were looking for a way to acquaint yourself with models because you wanted to date them. It’s hard to put that toothpaste back in the tube and pretend it shouldn’t be a concern for this business idea.

Thing is, if I want to make $100 off of something, I will charge $120 for it on OF. 20% commision isn't going to slow me down. I will charge accordingly.

I also can sell my own content directly to someone and get paid directly with 100% commissions if I want to so I am not sure what you're really offering.

I also think you're so 2 thousand and late on the OF train. Unless celebs or porn stars with huge followings, the average cam model, aka your target audience, isn't making a million dollars on OF.

You will need a huge amount of money to pull this off. Before the first model is ever going to contribute to your platform the whole thing has to work flawlessly. For this you will need investors who believe in your vision. A team of programmers and payed employers for technical maintenance, customer support etc. You'll need lawyers, PR and webspace and that's only the things I can think of being an amateur in these matters.

Why should customers feel safe paying through your site and why should models feel safe giving you their payment information?

People are willing to put in their credit/debit info and spend their money on OnlyFans because it is a trusted, well known site. Same reason why models are comfortable with putting in their payment and legal info there.

Trust is an absolute must when it comes to starting up a new adult site or service, and you haven’t given anyone here a reason to trust that their money and information is safe with you. The reason why your first posts have been brought up is because given your history of wanting to meet cam models so that you can date them, it makes you less trustworthy with sensitive information.

If you only actually had a plan to sell shovels I'd kinda sorta understand, but you basically want to charge people to act as a middle man to pay shovel sellers while they have to go and collect the shovels themselves. That's run of the mill, garden variety rent-seeking, which adds no value to anything and is either frowned upon or illegal depending on the jurisdiction.
