Im a 22 year old male. I made an account when I was 15 because im gonna be honest, I was a horny teenager and wanted to watch porn like every other teen. When I turned 21 (in 2020), I submitted an age verification form and got accepted and did a maybe 4 broadcasts. Yesterday my account got terminated and chaturbate says because I made my account when I was 15 so ive accepted the fact that my account got deleted and I shouldn't try making a new one bc im banned. Only thing im scared of is legal trouble? I didnt broadcast until I was 21 so I was well over 18 but because I made the account when I was 15, I scared of being in any legal trouble. Any one have advice or know if I should be worried? @punker barbie pls help!

Don’t stress. They will not bring legal action on you. It easier for them to just terminate it than try to bring legal action. Porn sites that had your pictures up or video would never turn you in because it would bring scrutiny to their website and dealing. Your good bud!

even if they tried as a minor (except in rare occurrences) you wouldn not have been able to complete the necessary elements to form a binding contract in order for a contract to be legally binding it generally needs three elements the intent to enter into contract and offer, and acceptance, however all three these presuppose that you have the capacity to enter into a contract https://www.lawyered.in/legal-disrupt/articles/a-minors-capacity-to-contract/ is a good article. and even if they could enforce your contract, and even if it was somehow a criminal offence (which its not,) no company (sensually and adult entertainment company in their right might would pursue that in court,. as they failed to live up to their legal obligations to ensure their users were of age. opening a lawsuit would be an act of admission of wrong doing on their part and definitely wouldn't be worth the haste because the only thing they might be able to civally charge you with is material misrepresentation in the performance of a contract (but since allwoing a mino onto an adult website is against the law that in itself voids the contract).
