So everyone knows that some models like to use other means of service other than the site provided that their on itself such as Skype to make money.. This model in particular was offering 1$/m for her skype shows. Now don't let the innocent little face fool you but she actually is a rotten low down dirty scammer.. So she offers 1$/m for Skype shows and to pay her she uses Google Wallet. Now given you view every model as trustworthy until otherwise, I set up an account got her info/skype and told her I would do a 20$(20min) show. As soon as the money was sent She banned me from the room/skype and ran off with the money..You can tell even by the time stamps as soon as I sent they money I don't have permission to be in her room anymore.. I tried calling on skype and no answer, clear scam... These are the people that give cam models a bad name and part of the reason some people don't tip or show any gratitude.. Here is the proof...

MFC Name: Lilylove69

That sucks and I'm sorry to hear you got scammed. It's never fun to go through, or to witness happening to others.

Unfortunately, everyone takes a gamble when it comes to Skype shows, both member and model. It happened to me once and it's why I hardly ever offer Skype, except as high tip prizes for people who already proved themselves worthy.

To avoid stuff like this in the future, opt for private shows on MFC instead, or maybe even just buying videos. I know many people prefer Skype for various reasons, but it's really hard to get scammed during an MFC private - you can end it whenever you want and keep the rest of your tokens if it's not going how you hoped.

It makes no sense to ban a paying customer - and future tips from them. Maybe we are missing some information?

Criminals seldom make sense.
Exactly. It makes no sense of why you would scam out on someone both in business and a camming sense but scammers rarely make sense.
I know some girl is gonna come in here and try to say "well you get what you pay for" but that's bullshit. If she didnt wanna do skype she should not have offered it. (Of course being if were getting the full story here.) And no one deserves to pay for something then be getting banned for it and missing money. Im sorry OP.

I remember what you're referencing here and I guess I can see both sides of it.

Scamming is never ok, it's a dirty practice, and cam girls who do shit like this DO give the whole group of us a bad name. It sucks and it shouldn't happen. And you're right, no one "deserves" it when they get scammed like this. But in the sense of "you get what you pay for", the previous conversation was stating moreso that "if you go looking for a bargain, sometimes those bargains are too good to be true, so be careful".

When the majority of the market may be charging $4/apple, and you come across one lone vendor offering $1/apple, you may want to think twice and double check that the 75% discounted apple isn't rotten. You know?

Again, I'm not saying a person deserves it, but I always say it's a buyer beware sort of scenario when it comes to buying content/time from cam girls, so doing a bit of due diligence is smart if you're worried about the aftermath.

How does it not make sense? I posted the images clearly and time stamps to prove as soon as i said money sent banned?

Ahh I see now the images got deleted well clearly in the images it shows the conversation and me exactly getting her info then saying sent once i had set up the google wallet account and then as soon as I said sent you see "you do not have permission to join the channel" and blocked on skype no phone call or proof showing any show even happened.. So clearly there is no "missing part of the story" i mean if that's your assumption thats fine but the way it sounds is like scamming never happens if the proof is in 3 pictures posted. Had to block all the stuff the admin said to block but if it was my choice I'd leave it as is.. but as you can clearly see by the time stamps on google wallet when I sent the money then as soon as I went back to mfc and said sent.. "you do not have permission to enter this chat room."

You're right that it doesn't make sense....for a girl who is trying to have a future in camming.
There are plenty of models who sign up to make a quick buck, don't give a shit who they piss off because they're just going to bolt once they have what they need anyway.
I just looked at this girls profile...286 camscore with her topic saying she only takes google wallet. She isn't trying build a following on MFC, she's looking to take some money and run.

This is the sort of information a person should check out before making transactions. Even if I were looking for a deal/sale on content, seeing this on her profile would toss a red flag in for me as a potential customer/paying member and I'd say the risk wasn't worth it and move on. But not all cam site members are so completely "in the know" and wouldn't think to look for such things, and unfortunately they get taken advantage of. Obviously it works if the girls continue doing it. :(

I didn't see the imagines until now. What country are you in?

When you say: "Really?" and "like why?", what is that in response to?

I would report her to MFC. They don't like models who scam, but they REALLY don't like models who accept outside payment (especially being as blatant as she is... fucking putting it in her topic. Really???). They probably will tell you, "Oh, hey, sorry you got scammed, but we don't have any control over transactions that are made in ways other than tokens. Please always pay in tokens in the future." However, they'll probably either warn or ban the model. And since it's pretty fucking obvious that this girl IS a scammer, I think she deserves it. Pretty cut and dry there. The more scamming models there are, the less likely people will trust/tip the honest models.

That was in reference to the ban... obviously as soon as I said sent -- banned.. I was asking Really? like Why? Why would you stoop so low for 20$? It makes no sense, it's not as if She can build a dream home off of it but I guess anything is a come up to certain people.

You're absolutely right and I agree with you 100%.. I've already reported her and it's not about the money it's just the principal of it. I already know the MFC rules so I was never looking for anything out of it but justice.. 20$ is a joke, but you expect to get what you pay for and she literally made it seem like scamming me for 20$ was a great come up... But I was just posting this in hopes that it gets around that she's a blatant scammer and no one else even gives her the light of day tokens or google wallet wise and get scammed. With high hopes MFC will just ban her so she cant conduct anymore business and possibly scam more people.

I hestitated to post this till some more info came back - but adult transactions are against googlewallet rules. IF You Send them the info, her profile saying she accepts googlewallet etc... and they should freeze the account and send the money back.

of course, your acct could get frozen for BUYING adult services, but if you only set it up for this..

If he used Google Wallet, he'd have to be in the US, because you have to have a US bank account to use it.

By reporting her to MFC and posting about it here, you pretty much did all you can do, and the right way (aside from originally including her contact details in the images, but thank you for rectifying that.)

Sorry you got scammed, glad it was only 20 bucks. Hopefully people can learn something from this thread, though.

:)

Shouldn't this be in the "Camgirls who scam" thread?

Receiver must be US but apparently not payer.

Sucks to be scammed OP - I know the feeling! Even though I'm very much over what happened to me and learned from my mistakes, thanks to the wonderful models (and members) here, I'm tempted to post screenshots of my situation as well. But I've always been told, and rightfully so I guess, to not simply just throw screenshots on here, with or without info omitted. But yeah, as far as I'm concerned it was a clear cut case as yours, only difference I guess is that it played out over a period of time.
