It's not a SUPER simple number to give you, as it depends how you buy the tokens..
to reach level 80, you need 600.000XP (I will not bother calculating if you have reached level 9 for free in this, so we take it as from the start you just buy tokens) - which is 120.000 tokens (ofc, if you just tip them at least, again if you use tokens to subscribe to fan clubs, I think it's less xp/token than tipping, so lets just imagine you want to min/max the levels, and you ONLY tip for it)
if you buy 86 tokens at a time (I doubt you do, but lets say for the theory) you get 0% bonus, the price per token is $/€9,99 (The currency changes for people, I think maybe dependent on IP, but the prices stay the same, from now on, I will just use €, but it's interchangeable with $ for this example)
this is €0,1162 per token
120.000*0,1162 = €13.944 (This is with no % bonus)
if you buy at the CHEAPEST price, with a 40% bonus to the tokens, you pay €0,08299 per token
120.000 * 0,08299 = €9958,8
SO TL;DR, you pay anything between €9.958,8 to around €14.000
