Hello Fellow Models- I'm new to the forum and am asking for your help with
your knowledge. Please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed but I am
afraid it may take hours to go through the forum to find it and I really need to find an
answer quickly.

I started doing cam job about 3 months ago working on flirt4free and joined through a studio only making 22% (ugh!) I was about to join MFC on my own and my studio rep told me about MFC and said he would sign me up. Little did I know that my percentage should be 50% but I am only getting paid 30%!!!
I found out about this from others on the site and several guys have told me that they think I can close my account and reopen another one to get the 50% instead. Is this true? If so, how do I go about doing this.
Do I close my current account first? Or is it possible to open a new one before closing the current one?
How much trouble does a studio usually cause you if you do something like this? Please give me your thoughts! I would really appreciate any and all help and suggestions you can give. Its frustrating because I have began to get my regulars and I don't want to loose them by closing this account out and not letting them know my new id.

Thanks in advance for your help!

jesus! 20% is just scamming! just open a new account, as far as i know going from studio to a independant account is easily done
because you are just 1 detail from a whole studio, mfc doesnt really bother to really check your id and such.. they can remove the whole studio if anything like underaged girls would happen..
just go to the homepage of mfc.. then scroll down till you see "become a model"
dont follow any other links, that one is the only one to make sure you work independant.
just send all your regular a mfc mail with your new nickname...
you dont have to close the old one, its a studio account, and will just be used for someone else, or gets closed down by the studio.
if your new account is declined because of an excisting account ( i dont think that will happen but just in case)
email mfc support, they willl fully understand

good luck!

Check your studio contract. You might have agreed to not cam without them for X amount of years, since right now your success is "theirs."
A lot of the Romanian studios have a 3 month no compete in the contract, so look closely at what you signed.

Wow thanks girls that is what I was thinking but wasn't sure. I have been busting my
ass dealing with these guys and it just wasn't fun knowing most of it was going to the studio.
I really appreciate it.

I just did this! I was hired through a studio originally. All I had to do was click on "Become A Model" on the MFC homepage and go through the regular sign up process. I didn't have to close or delete my old profile/account and there weren't any problems creating the new account. Super simple. And I went through my friends list on my studio account and sent a MFC mail to everyone letting them know I was switching over to an independent account. I could have even kept my old name if I had wanted to (the only difference being an __ between the first and last name) but I decided to change it anyway.

Good luck, girlie.

Thank you so much for your help that makes me feel much better. I am going to do it this weekend
It's nice to be able to exchange help with each other. I have always believed in the fact that women should stick together and help each other out and this forum is a great thing. Thanks to Amber for starting and maintaining it. I plan to spend time going through reading the topics more thoroughly when I get the time.

Kisses XXXOOO

Hello Roni, i was modeling for flirt4free.com time ago too. I did it from home, but my documents were sent by one studio. I quit flirt4free really fast, because of all 6$ one minute private costs there for the clients, they paid me 1$ a minute and the studio had really little % for them, something like 20 cents for each 1 minute private.
When i was modeling there, there were so much rules that i just couldn't work like that. I'm happy that i stopped working for them and started to work in MFC. Even if i got very little camscore and most of the days i don't do a lot, i'm happy that i can do everything at home - smoking, walking naked around and so on stuff, showing pets on the cam, acting comfortable as i do in my real life, each of all was forbidden in flirt4free. I'm happy to work with MFC clients, because i found some very nice and friendly premiums and i can say that MFC is something like social network with fun included.

My camscore is not going high, i'm always on the second page where nearly no one visit me, but i still got friends in the site and i'm looking for ways to do more.

Hello to all other girls

And sorry for my english, not my native language

Hello Ladyshark
I totally agree about Flirt4Free I hated that I had to lock my dog outside the room and that I couldn't play music. I just didn't feel comfortable on there. The customers are much more demanding and never tip in public either. Also the studio kept telling me to bump my rate up at one point to 90 credits per minute ($9.00 per min) and I never got customers because I was over priced. They are just greedy and I was working my ass off for 20% that sucked. I love the fun environment at MFC and the friends you can make. I realize the higher the cam score the more customers you get, but I don't want to stress myself out too much on worrying about that- I believe if a girl can get her loyal regulars that she should be ok. The great thing about this business is that everyone has different interests, turn ons and ideals about what they want in a model and since we are all individuals each guy should be able to find a model who he likes. That works fine for me since I am not young and not thin! LOL
I got my profile set up and will be using the new screen name CurvyCougar in about a week or so.

So true Roni, i had to keep my cat away of the cam when i was working in flirt4free.com, which was awful, because how can i control a cat used to sleep in my bed to go away of my bed while i work  :?
You are right for the music too and people there are not so friendly for sure. I checked how is the situation lately in F4F because my account is still active, but i haven't used it for an year or so. Also the support of the studio i was working for is now my present boyfriend, we live together and i receive good suggestions from him for my work.

About the new account, i was thinking too and i had suggestions from friends in MFC to make myself new account and to start again with 1000 cam score, to build my profile better and to avoid the same what happened in my first 2 months while i was learning what is good and successful and what is wrong in MFC, but i don't know if it's possible.

I'm very happy for you and your new account. I think that MFC gives the possibility to all to earn what they deserve actually and it's great if your studio doesn't steal money from you. :)
