Hello. We are a studio, and one of our model's accounts was recently banned. We have submitted an inquiry regarding this matter about a week ago, but unfortunately, we have not yet received a response.

We believe that this may have been a mistake, as we try to monitor our model's behavior and have not observed any violations of the platform’s rules or guidelines. The model himself also assures us that no prohibited activity has taken place.

If a violation did occur, we sincerely apologize and kindly ask you to reconsider your decision. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with information regarding the specific reason for the ban. If any rules were unintentionally breached, we will do our best for such incidents not happen again.

Recently, we were alerted you may be discussing content in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including the sexual abuse of minors. After reviewing this matter, in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy with respect to the abuse of minors, your account was terminated and you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. In researching this matter it does not appear the tokens in your account were connected to such discussions, as such, they have been converted to a $xxx payout adjustment applied to the xxxxx master account.

Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit.

Its very hard to tell me 100% where's the truth but after discussing it with the models its appears that the member asked how old was he when he lots his virginity. And he just answered about age and that the only time when something like this was discussed. Hoping to review this, cause its very promising model, he has been working only few weeks. Give him a second chance please.

Sorry but after longer discussing I think we found the situation where he could be banned. He got just a friendly talk with member discussing life and at one point he told that 16 years old girl wrote him and suggested to go for a walk. I understand that its violation of terms but I hope you can review this cause it was nothing about sexual talk and anyway in the discussion he told that he refused this girl and this situation was not discussed as anything sexual.

After he told that he won’t go with he cause he is not a pedophile. I understand that it’s violation of terms talking about anything under 18 but I hope you can review this cause it was nothing about sexual talk. He is a very promising guy and I hope that you can give him a second chance.
