I've been contacting support about a recent issue for almost a week now and I sadly haven't received a response nor a ticket number. Just got an automated response saying they got my request.
My username is: MrTallboy20

It might take a bit longer for them to respond as I did send another request after 48 hours (twice)

Any update will be great! They usually get back to me if I have an issue pretty quickly so this is the first time I waited this long. I tipped a scammer and I wanted my tokens back and their room banned so they don't scam other people!!

Long story short, I tipped for something and never got it. I confronted and was called a lier. When I followed up with support, he got told off because they realised I was telling the truth

Thank you! They responded and the broadcaster has to send the money back! Not sure you know but how long do these inquiries take? Its been a week now and I got nothing nor a ticket number. I just hope I don't have to wait over a month for a refund
