A big thank you again for all your help and advice

You've all given me more information in two days than I've been able to find online in the past two weeks
As I'm not in the US, I don't have a social security number (we don't have that here) and will be declaring income in Australia and paying my own tax as a self-employed person. I'm not sure why a website needs any of my tax information, especially if I'm not in the country they're based in. I'm still waiting for my Payoneer card so once I have that all payments will go onto the debit card, and it's up to me to declare the correct income amounts. The Payoneer account is in my real name so that's something that I will have to be honest about to wherever I end up working.
As I clearly look my age (sad but true) I don't think anyone will look into my ID twice to try and verify my age. I don't look anywhere near 18, let alone under it haha. Having said that I was just wondering whether scanning in and emailing my real ID (an Australian driver's licence) is a good idea considering the number of online security breaches lately - I'm thinking of Apple's Cloud in particular but also the huge number of viruses that have done the rounds this year and caused headaches for everyone having to change their passwords yet again. I'll think more about this but am tempted to "adjust" by a digit or two my date of birth (not necessarily the year, just the day and month) and my home address (my house number) so that I'm not 100% identifiable. A name is just a name, but a name with a date of birth and home address is something we all should be highly protective of.
I'll keep thinking about this, so thanks again for all your wonderful help and taking the time to give friendly advice to a stranger
