Question about the Chaturbate PM function

Is the chaturbate PM function similar to the one in Stripchat and the "invisible" chat function in Streamate, or is it more of an internal email system. i.e. is it used to chat in realtime with models without the rest of the room seeing?

Chaturbate has both PMs and DMs

PM is a real time chat that is hidden for everyone else in the room

DM are more of a email system you could put it I guess.. or an "Offline chat" system, you don't have to be in the room to get these or send them to the model

this is the DM window you can take out, just for clarity, and you can see some messages are upto 5 days old in mine, but they are kept for longer time than the PMs

realtime if the model is online, if you log off or have an unread message it gets seen in the DM window (Wuggies picture), at least that is my experinece. The rest of the room never sees, at least I don't think. Feel odd answering a black belt user of this forum on the functionality of a camsite, compared to most here I am GREEN.
