PSD2: I can't buy tokens or become a supporter member.

Here in Europe we have now PSD2 (Payment Services Directive) for payments with credit cards.

I can' t buy tokens or become a supporter member because my credit cards are refused.
Chaturbill doesn't have PSD2 authentication.
I use Chrome or Opera browser.

Please Can someone help me?
