Protecting your privacy

Hello! It's very nice to meet you all! I'm very, very new. I recently signed up with Streammate after doing a lot of research and deciding it was the best place to start for beginners!

I haven't done a show yet, mostly because I have been reading a lot of information and a few stories in particular really scared me...

I am worried about someone finding my real life identity and stalking me, or learning my address and using it to find/hurt me. >_<);

I know this is probably very rare occurrence, but I want to cover all my bases!

I've made sure to use an alias, a different email address (except for business transactions with streammate), using unique passwords, and not post any pictures of me that you can find posted anywhere else online.

Is there any other danger I should be aware of? Is there some stuff I can install on my browser to prevent people from hacking my account or finding out my IP?
