If you allow PayPal, chances are PayPal will pretty quickly close your account and take all funds. They tend to frown on sex work.

You may get away with it for awhile but it's only a matter of time till Paypal finds out, keeps all your money (even might fine you $500 and freeze any linked bank accounts until they recover all funds).
