I started to have some problems with the software and I decided to uninstall and re-install, the only problem is that the obs program appears, the connect o browser program but the lovense smartcam software does not appear!! please help me

Can you explain it a bit more clearly? Are you talking about the lovense overlay on OBS? The software that you reinstalled, is it the app on your phone, the lovense extension, the OBS kit?
