problems with private shows (and also recordings of them)

1.so i was in a private show (as a customer, recording not on) on 10/25 and like the site and or my internet went wonky. well first time there was problem it disconnect and show stopped and it came back and i had to request show again worked okay and for ten minutes i. but next time the broadcast window said "connecting please wait while we connect you to this webcam broadcast" the chat disconnected, my obs disconnected, and my internet seemed to stop working. and for ten minutes i try to fix but not really work. so i go to my phone(cause internet still not working) to apologize to the person but when i login and go to the room the private was still going on the entire time (and being charged token the entire time). and its like it didn't stop or disconnect me even though i was disconnected. and i tell them and they stop it for me.

2. 10/26 i go to private show (as a customer) and they turn on the recording option, my thinking being that if i'm disconnected again at least i'll have a recording of the show, and the popup thing when starting/requesting show says its on. but when show end the chat usually in green text says added to collection but it didn't do that, and when i go to the collection its not there. (sidenote once like 4 years ago the green text says one recorded show was added to collection but when went there it was missing)

what crazy things are going on with these shows? i don't really want a refund of tokens if means taking them away from the model cause they didn't do anything wrong

*update support was able to restore the video that was missing for 10/26

did support provide you a reasonable explanation why you were charged while you were disconnected?
that is more concerning than the recording...

well the first time it glitched i think i wasn't charged cause both of us had the problem and it disconnected both of us (or it lasted so short it didn't matter) and i had to request/start show again
but the second time i think was just me, and i was charged, it was like 300ish tokens worth (10-11 minutes) cause it didn't cancel it nor could i stop it

if u couldnt stop it its because model has minimum of minutes and unless she close private it charges you for all minutes she has minimum

she doesn't have a minimum minutes

if u say so guess model is a friend and no reason to lie to you hopefully cb will clear this up for you, but if u dont want a refunt then i dont really see the reason of mailing them

been going there for 5-6 years no issue before. when you start the show the popup tells you the rate, if there's a minimum minutes, and if recording is on. and if there's a minimum time and try to leave it will warn you/give time left.

i suppose i'd like more of an explanation of how/why i was being when i wasn't there

It's always best to write to Support@Chaturbate.com and ask for an answer after you have given them the broadcaster's name, time, date and exactly what occurred while you were online. You can ask for a refund of the amount at the same time, since it seems to have been a net slow down or a personal Wi Fi lag.

I think there have been some updates lately to cb. I get the "an error occurred" when writing in chat quite often lately. Also it's no longer possible to start a private show from the "away" screen. In case the private is somehow interrupted, I have to go back to public chat now. Before the updates the users could easily restart the private from the "away" screen, meaning now I need to get dressed again to appear in public again and only then the user can request the private again.
