I assume Mona will die because she said she wished she had died in the last episode.
I thought Ali was A but I'm not sure because everytime they make someone look really guilty, they never actually are. But I definitely think Ali is batshit crazy and evil.
I also think Ali lied about her Mom burying her. I think Melissa actually buried Ali, not the other girl.

Ahahahaha my friends make fun of me all the time for watching it and getting super into it! I was actually forced to watched it out of guilt for a whole day with my sister when she was having a bad day. What can I say? The show is GOOD and ADDICTING.

Melissa definitely buried Ali!
I think Ali got someone to kill her mom! and the email she was sending to the unkown person in the beginning of the season about how she could not keep there secret anymore was to Ali!

This show is my ultimate guilty pleasure.
Even though there are so many, many, many, many things wrong with it...

I still maintain to this day that Marlene has no idea what she's really doing and that the writers of the show change their decisions on who's dead or who's on the "A" team based on fan responses when they pull big surprises.

That being said... I've always thought Alison was A. I mean... who'd put it past her to do all of this and torment the girls just to come back and be like, "No worries, y'all! I've got a plan to fix this" and be their savior again (even though that doesn't seem to be working out for her right now). But I also feel like they're pushing too hard for us to think it's her... so, that means it probably isn't.

I'd love to see the A team run by Ali and Ezra. I hated that they backpedaled on their idea of him being part of the A team. Who knows. Maybe this book he was writing is just a convenient cover...?

In the promo for the finale, Holbrook says something like, "There was enough blood at the scene blah blah we're ruling this a homicide" which means no body was probably found. And you know how it is in Rosewood... if they don't find a body the person's probably not actually dead.

Remember how she fainted a couple episodes back? There are some theories going around that she's been saving up enough of her blood over time so she can make it look like she's been murdered but really just fakes her death. After all, it was her idea to convince Ali to fake her death.

I sometimes agree with you about Marlene. I feel very strongly that whenever they do finally, for real tell us who A is the entire audience is just going to be like "no, remember x minutes in to episode x season x, that proves they're not A". There's no way the writers could have been prepared for such an insane audience.

I would 100% believe Ali was A if it weren't for the fact that they are making her look so guilty. In the past whoever looks guilty is usually innocent.

Um. I love this!

I thought it was weird how Ali had that weird smile in the episode where they found her Mom's body. It only lasted a second but she definitely smiled. I was expecting the internet to run with it but no one mentioned it.

I also think anyone who is forced to watch it, especially binge watch it, is going to get sucked in. So many people I made watch an episode told me it wasn't good and then a week later they are blowing up my phone with theories and are well into the second season. It's an addicting show!

The real mystery I'm curious about that I can not seem to even wrap my mind around.
Melissa's confession correlates with the time Ali was hit in the head. But the hole was already dug up when she saw Ali.
So who dug up the hole? and left before anyone saw who hit Ali in the head.
Who killed bethany? I think it was Ali. She never really said what she did the entire time she was gone. She seemed to be every step in front of A in order to save the girls lives at certain periods. Yet she doesn't know who A is? Hmmm

I 110% agree with you. I was thinking the same thing about how she fainted! She has been scared for basically this entire season so she would have had plenty of time. Mona is honestly one of my favorite characters. I wonder if perhaps two people will die in this coming episode? I think by now the writers know that we aren't going to believe anyone is dead until we see their body AND face. I thought it was a little weird that Holbrook was in the promo and not Tanner..

Oh wow I love the idea of Bethany being Jason's twin! Then there would be a twin, a DiLaurentis twin no less and it would explain why Mrs. D took this girl out horseback riding yet the girl hated her. It'd also maybe explain why she was dressed like Ali. She could have been obsessed with Ali for being able to be at home with her family.

I would be so unbelievably pissed if Aria made this up in her head but I am obsessed with the idea of Aria being A and having multiple personality disorder or something. There are a lot of clues about Aria. She always seems to be looking in mirrors, Mona called Aria Big A which is what Marlene calls head A, and she was dressed like the black swan. In the season 2 finale called unmasked Ezra took off Aria's mask at the ball so she was the only one who was actually "unmasked" that night. Byron talked about his brother having a serious mental disorder when Mike was having issues but he never actually said what is was, he just seems overly terrified about it.

I'm happy I started it too! I used to talk PLL with my sister but we don't anymore and it sucks. I have all these theories I just want to get out haha. It's definitely good to think outside the box since whoever A is it is probably the one person we haven't thought of. Aria, Mona and Ezra are my favorite. I am obsessed with Lucy Hale, she is the prettiest thing on earth. Those eyebrows! I want every single thing she has ever worn on PLL too and I'm a clothes whore so that may be why I like her so much.

I hope they start putting some suspicion on Hanna's Mom. Why was she called "kisses" in Wilden's phone like two years after they quit seeing each other? Is that not what A always says? I feel like any of the parents would have good motive to be after Ali. Look at what Ali did to every one of those girls. I might try to kill someone who taught my daughter how to make herself vomit after eating, just saying.

The fact HolBrook has been gone for so long right after Ali's "confession" just rises curiousity. I kind of got the impression she said something along the lines of my dad will always hate you. Based off of what Mona said in the bathroom. She said You're right your dad will never like me, look at all of the things I've done to you.

I'm wondering if Ali or someone else won't find a way to have (forgive me I'm awful with names) the guy who they questioned for the kidnapping of Ali. If he dies then her story is corroborated and all of the girls wont worry as much.

I think it must have been something about her not fitting in with her family, just because I think Mona's loser mona days are her biggest insecurity. That was creepy as hell though. Aria looked viscous when she did that which isn't something we really see much of.

The person has to be close to them in some way. Idk if they would get that upset about Noel Kahn. Mona seems more of a fit as hannah still cares about mona even though she doesn't trust her, and maybe the girls try to team up with mona to figure out what ALI is up to. And thats why emily has a guilt worried face on when reading the text. Or possibly the other way around, maybe they team up with mona, and mona ends up destroying Ali's plan with them and then Ali fakes her death again. (Woah that would baffle me, I wouldn't know what to think) Orrrrr it could be LUCAS. Damn so, many people are coming to mind right now. I think that clip of Hannah really pushed people to believe Mona is going to die. I'm pretty sure the preview said that they for sure are going to be teaming up with Mona in this episode? I just think it being Mona would open the biggest can of worms. The whole school hates Ali and feels bad for Mona after Mona showed everyone that cellphone video and even the liars had some harsh feeling toward Ali about that. So I think that would make things interesting. I also wonder about Jenna and Sydney. Sydney better be in the next episode and do something important. She just showed up, made us think she was Jenna's twin for a second and disappeared. I'd really like to see her again. So yeah I think it will be Mona, but they have been giving good hints that it will be her so... in PLL land that means it will probably be someone else. I'm honestly more interested in why someone is going to get arrested. For killing Shana? For lying about what happened to Ali? For killing whoever dies tomorrow? For killing Bethany? Geez that's a lot of killing!

I watched a few episodes of season 5 today so I can have a marathon leading up to the finale tomorrow. No shame :lol:

I wasn't super impressed with the finale. I was just hoping for something more surprising, that is all. There wasn't a big twist. But there have been twists all season so that makes sense. I think Mona was expected to die but it was still heartbreaking and I love, love that they actually showed her body so we aren't wondering if she faked her own death or not. Seeing her face though, she looked so innocent and it actually really tore me up. I do think Ali probably killed Mona. I don't think she is A just because I don't think we are going to find out who A is until the final season. Okay so Mrs D was having an affair with Bethany's Dad right? I think Bethany is someone's sister or something. That Dad has to be someone important and probably someone that we know. Ali lured Bethany there that night.. why did Ali hate her so much? They said jealousy. Why jealousy? Also remember the first Halloween episode where Ali gets attacked and she thinks it was Noel Kahn. We see the Radley car outside the house that night. Did Bethany escape Radley and drive away or did someone drive Bethany to Ali? Who was Bethany in with that she knew what costume to wear so Ali wouldn't suspect anything. I'll be rewatching tomorrow :whistle:

Yeah it doesn't make sense why she would put so much time into her, why Bethany would suddenly hate her and why Ali would be so jealous. I just can't see Ali getting jealous over anyone so that really intrigues me. That would have been amazing if Mona killed Ali. I did think it was odd that Mona screamed like that the second the person came into her room. It made it seem like the person had their weapon out yet there was blood and handprints downstairs. Speaking of.. wait a second, there was a handprint. I wonder if Ali set someone up for Mona's murder too.
I think that Ali has been protecting herself just like the other girls have started to only she has been doing it all along. I think that she has "proof" that the liars and Mona were all bullying her or something. Something that not only makes her look like the victim but makes everyone who threatens her look bad.
Oh I've also noticed that the actual titles or PLL episodes are rather telling. This one was called "Taking this one to the grave" so I wonder if Mona had something that she wasn't able to tell anyone before she died.

I think about PLL too much
