Premium Account Problems

I recently upgraded my basic account to a prem account. When I first bought tokens, MFC froze it due to security crap. Well after they worked that out, my account still doesnt work. It lets me log in, but I can not really do much with it because it will reconnect to the MFC server every few seconds. I get the Connecting to MFC.... thingy on the page. I've went round and round with admin about this and they keep telling me the same shit!! Do this do that bla bla bla. I've done everything I could think of. Deleting cookies and cache, different browsers different computers... Hell I even let someone in another state try my account. It keeps doing the same thing!! Its only on this account as well. My other basic and model account work fine.

Does anyone else's Prem account do this? I'm really fed up and I'm going to see if I can cancel the account and get my money back. :angry4:

I keep having to go straight to models rooms via url, I cannot even get to the homepage. It never loads for me.

few things come to mind.. internet explorer doesn't work as fast and well as firefox.. you could try that one

also it sounds like a temp internet file problem..
download ccleaner (freeware) and just run it... see if it helps... (cleans more thorough then when you clean in explorer)

also the speed of your pc can fuck it up.. maybe try to defrag your harddisk?

i rarely have this problem of mfc not loading.. but as soon as i do i do these 3 things to check if its really not that..

I had a heck of a time with my account when I first signed up. My issue was with the email confirmation though. I was in an endless loop of confirmation emails. I got no response from support and after a couple of days, decided to sign up under a different/new username and email. Been working like a charm since (as well as MFC works). It sounds like you got past this step, but I wonder if a username get corrupted somehow. Maybe try a new username and start over? Get a refund and apply to your new account?

Sounds like the way to go since you've exhausted everything you can do.
I would definitely request a refund and start all over.

I use Rockmelt. It is far superior to all other browsers.

So they refunded me my money RIGHT AFTER it started working!! HAHAHA!! I think they must have blocked my IP or something. I pulled the plug on my modem for about 15 minutes. It started working properly then.
I'm gonna try to make it premium again eventually.

MFC is having lots of issues since that last update though. Lots of guys have talked about how the flash player will just crash on MFC and crash their browser. Others say they can't read the text people type in the chat rooms. Its just a big mess.

That's the only problem I've had so far. I'll be in a model's room, and only if I have a PM window open, as a rule, won't see new chat. I can see the little "typing" icon, but her chat doesn't appear, and neither does anyone else's, either in the PM window or in the room chat. Refreshing fixes it, but it's still annoying. Once I get back, I can read what I missed.

Mine wont work at all unless I'm a guest and even then adobe flash or shockwave whatever its called crashes and kills all my browsers. I emailed about it because I dont think its my computer. I just reformatted it a few days ago.

WHAT!? You mean you actually get to talk yo people, real people, not just auto-responses?!? WOW,you must know somebody...lol
