Did you show any pictures of yourself before you turned 18?I didn't find a solution quickly, so I don't want any kind of problems
of course not, i'm very carefully with that, there was no one else in the pics either, so I don't know, even my appearance, I have a beard and tattoos, so i don't understandDid you show any pictures of yourself before you turned 18?
I hope that's it, it's the first time it's happened to me and I was a little anxious due to the seriousness of the matter, thanksIt seems to me that this is an inevitable issue on such platforms. On one hand, there is a need to verify a person's age to ensure they are of legal age; on the other, there's a large flow of people that need to be checked. As a result, this responsibility is often delegated to artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes - producing either false negatives (as in your case) or false positives (where minors present in the frame might not be detected).
However, I’d guess that false positives occur more often. This is likely because, to save resources, the AI doesn't analyze the entire stream in real time but rather processes selected frames. This means that if something inappropriate happens during a stream, it might simply go unnoticed.
In your case, it’s best to wait for a response from support. Unfortunately, they don’t respond immediately, likely due to the high volume of requests they receive. Hang in there - they should get back to you soon!
Wild. I'm sorry you felt you needed to delete your account before you got an answer. It probably was an AI mistake.of course not, i'm very carefully with that, there was no one else in the pics either, so I don't know, even my appearance, I have a beard and tattoos, so i don't understand

Have you given up on Chaturbate entirely then? Simply deleting one account and expecting to create another to get around any problems will not work. You will need to get this resolved if you want to stream on CB. Although, it is odd that it was a warning and not an outright ban as CB seems to have a one strike rule when it comes to underage people appearing on cam.I decided to delete the account

Age verification (documents) is a slightly different function. It seems the author meant uploaded photos in personal correspondence. Perhaps for sale or simply shared with someone. It seems to me that this is an inevitable issue on such platforms. Unless you get age verified , not sharing your pics might be safest for you.So I was sharing some pics of me on PM with a friend on the platform, a days later I received a warning about "minors on the pics" obviously I am not minor, so I don't know what to do know, should I stop sharing my pics there?
Yeah, I get it. I’m just saying that the way things like identity verification during streams, content analysis, and correspondence moderation are handled is pretty much the same - they’re all handed over to AI due to the sheer scale. And that inevitably leads to mistakes. I have a feeling this is something we’ll be facing everywhere in the future, across all kinds of situations.Age verification (documents) is a slightly different function. Despite everything, the problem has become increasingly discussed recently. I don't mean children accessing the platform, but people getting Ban/Warning without actually doing anything wrong.
To be honest, I also decided to step away from Chaturbate for now after the stress I experienced. I was very disappointed with their attitude in terms of customer support and too long responses.
