PM History Gone?

Hello, so I have a model friend who I have been actively PMing for about 5 months.
Today I wanted to go back and read the entire thing and I only see the last two months. On my phone and PC it only goes back 2 months, then will not load any more.

Is there a way I can get the entire PM history?

Mine goes beyond 2 months on my computer - I got to 3 months and then quit. You deserve a medal for scrolling so much on your phone, that was tedious on a computer using the mouse wheel, wow

While scrolling up, there were plenty of times when it seemed to stop loading, but then I scrolled back down a tiny amount and back up and it continued to load.

Oh I scrolled a bit more and it's 4 months, so yes definitely goes beyond 2.

hmmm I woner if it is based on server load, there are a lot of images in my particular PM thread.

Quite possibly, that sure would put a strain on, and the more I got up there the slower it became (understandably), and mine has no images - it just had 1 voice emssage.

I would be interested to get insight from one of the reps to see exactly what has changed, and if there's a way to see more messages.

All double-checked and found no restrictions for message history, hm.

Can you remind me in the PM your nickname on the site and the nickname of the model(s) with which you see such a situation?
