Please help

Hi everyone,
I've been a model with MFC for 2 years now and never had a problem until now. I am unable to log into my account. When I try it says 'error'
Or after several attempts it will let me into my account but I'm very limited in what I can do. Firstly I had my log in info sent to my e-mail address to check if my account had been hacked and password was changed. No, all log in info is correct.
I know I haven't broken any rules. I've been on here long enough to know them in and out. Plus my shows are quite innocent. (as far as mfc goes) I dont even dirty talk.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before. I'm very worried because I use this site as my means for making a living. Thank you for reading this post and I hope we can get this figured out

Seems like a stupid question, but have you contacted support about it yet? If so, what did they say?

The only way to contact mfc is through e-mail. I have sent an e-mail through the wiki page and to the models@myfreecams.com e-mail address. I was hoping it was just a problem with the website since they have hiccups from time to time. :/ Thank you for your response
I also troubleshooted through their wiki page. Cleared out all browser cookies and cache.

There are people all over Twitter complaining about MFC being down or having a lot of issues this morning.

Yeah I'm a little embarrassed. Just found out MFC was having some issues. I seem to be the only model who made a thread hahah... go figure. Thanks AmberCutie

I can't connect since yesterday, both on the normal website and the mobile one. Either the site doesn't load the models, or it shows me a MYSQL error.
