Firstly, I am positive that I have never have violated the cb terms during my work relationship with my studio employer which ended on Nov 15. Secondly, my boss repeatedly threatened me that she will ban my account/ identity permanently. I assume she said this to threaten me (to avoid competition). As camming is my way to sustain myself and pay for my nursing education I was scared when she said this. So when I stopped working, i tried to cancel the account so that my identity wouldn't be banned. This then prompted an email to my boss as the account is managed by her. Again all I want is to recover my identity so I can resume working for cb. I added a photo of myself holding my passport to the email to cb to confirm my identity "

If I may ask, which country? It's just not the first time I've seen similar stories, but in the past, studios would simply stalk models after they left the studios, promising to tell on social networks about what they were doing. Now I see that this has gone in a completely different direction.... Forgive my interest, but this looks shocking...

kenya. most studio owners enslave their models because they know the models have no options but to stay.

When you setup your independent account and get verified just write to support and say you want to remove your identification from your previous account and be sure to specify the account name. As far as I know they still allow you to do that, let us know how it goes.

i did that today. created a new user name and account.im waiting for cb to verify then i'll know if i got banned or my documents were misused by my boss

Until you resolve (if possible) any and all issues on your previously banned account, any subsequent accounts you create for yourself will too eventually be suspended. My advice is to wait and resolve the issue with your previous studio-account before attempting to make any new accounts. You will need to contact support@chaturbate.com, plead your case and request that your identity/documents be removed from the studio account. Once that issue is resolved, you should be free to create a new account without issue.

hi, i have written to them twice since novemebr 15th when i left the studio account,with no response yet.

Their research/response times can exceed weeks at times. I know it sucks, but it's still best to resolve issues with your previously banned account before creating additional new accounts.

Written to them from what email? You have access to your studio accounts email!?
Did you have a chance to at least submit the IDs on the new account even if not approved try to email them from the email address you used on that account....unless you have access to the email associated with your studio account which is really rare.

I have heard you and others who have advised patience, however, I am now running out of time. It has been over one month since my request and while a ticket was opened (you wrote), I still haven't heard back from support. At this time, CB is the foundation of my livelihood and while I have started to cam on another site, it would take me months to be able to generate sufficient income to sustain myself. Sadly i dont have that much time and i can't continue depending on the friends who are currently keeping me afloat. I therefore ask you kindly to inquire again about the status of my ticket so that i may know what's blocking it, how much longer i will need to expect to wait. As mentioned, all i need is for my identity (last username was _dolly_march) to be removed from the studio account. I maintain, that until i ended working for the studio in the afternoon (East African Time) on Nov 15, i did not commit any acts that would warrant the blocking of my identity so i am attributing this to my studio boss who had threatened to have me banned (I assume for fear of competition?). In fact, until now I have no idea for what reason my identity is blocked. I know that you get a lot of similar requests but this is absolutely vital for me and i would much appreciate your help with this.
