Are you saying your baby appeared on site? If so there is absolutely no way you are getting your account back, no amount of apologising or begging will help!
You need to move on and find another site, there are many out there!

^I agree with Chromatica_Jay. If a baby appeared on camera, there's no way they're giving you your account back. I have twin Reborn dolls in my room that I make sure to keep out of the cam's view, because they look like real toddlers, and I'd hate to get myself banned over someone thinking they're real children.

Unfortunately, you'll have to find a different site, and from now on PLEASE lock your door to prevent this from happening again. Get some of those foam doorknob hangers (You can find them at craft stores like JoAnn, Michael's, Walmart, Target, etc.), and write "I'M LIVE ON CAM" and put it on your doorknob AND lock the door, so your wife knows you're live...and she isn't trying to talk to you from the hallway. If she needs to communicate to you while you're live, just let her know she can text you (When reading texts, try to do it in a way so viewers don't actually see your phone...it looks unprofessional if we're constantly seen texting on our phones)...or can put a note under the door or something.

You may want to look into signing up for another token site such as MyFreeCams and/or Stripchat. I'm sorry, but I couldn't tell from your post if you are a man or not (You mentioned a wife, which doesn't necessarily mean you are a man). If you are a man, MyFreeCams won't be an option for you since they have a "No man on camera" rule. Your wife, however, would be able to have a solo model account on there. She just wouldn't be able to bring you on cam ever.

Stripchat is a token site that allows couples.

Not impossible. years ago they reversed a ban like that where a child appeared on camera, there was that issue a few years ago where the web broadcaster was starting to broadcast on its own if left open long enough so that may have been a factor. On the other hand they are more strict now than they were back then so trying something like stripchat while you wait would be wise.

The reply was for another account they blocked immediately. I requested them to create for me a new account. They say am banned forever and I can not create new account. And token can be sent to me, to charity or retained. I am confused and sad again. I have been payed well by Chaturbate like 5 times. I was getting enough money than been payed anywhere before. I was becoming my own boss. I have been unemployed since COVID-19. I was retrenched. My wife is therapist, so I opened for her website to do online therapy sessions. I do digital marketing for other business where I work from home. But all this businesses can not compare to Chartubate. My 2.5years old boy got brain injury during birth causing him permanent disability(CVI blindness & Mild Cerebral palsy). Having this kind of child is like having 100 normal children. He cant stand or see and need expensive education, a lot of attention and we have to be home. Maybe because it only us who will understand him or it just too much love. He is a smiling machine. He listens to music a lot because without any music or playing with him in house he might cry hard. He can stay alone with music until I finish my daily 6 hours session. 3 hours day, 3hours night. If he sleeps during the day or early at night, that means I have extra time to perform. He needs me so much like I need my account back. My future plan was to rent a bigger house with more rooms and studio inside. And get maid so that we can perform from 8 hours non-stop. I cant imagine loosing all my fans. Staying idle at home. ^Okay, so CB has already told you that the decision is permanent, unfortunately. Bumping this post everyday to beg Punker Barbie for your account back isn't going to resolve anything. You could be using this time to sign up on Stripchat, like I told you yesterday. Stripchat has become a popular token site...they do allow solo male cam models...and they have a few support reps. right here on this forum who are very helpful. There are men on this forum who are cam models on Stripchat.

@yummybrownfox unfortunately i was banned in stripchat too. I use splitcam software so I am able to stream to the same sites simultaneously. I lost them both instantly. I think this was not my year. I cant forget how fans loved us. The love was short lived. Thank you for the new ideas.

At least they are putting out actual explanations , i've been in cb asian and south american regions you hear traffic noise, dogs barking and heard plenty of babys crying kids playing sounds etc.
Agree that kids should not be seen or heard on cam.. but they could least try to understand your situation of having a disabled kid that needs constant observation and attention.

I highly highly doubt you'll get your account back. Especially after the frenzy with underage porn popping up on sites like OF recently, most adult sites have an absolute zero tolerance policy for children even mistakenly appearing on cam. Those that say they got the account back probably were ages ago or at least before last October. Chaturbate gave you a final decision. It's done. There's other sites that allow male and couple accounts. I don't even allow my pets in my cam area- the door is locked.

While I have sympathy for your situation, you also need to understand why it's a zero tolerance policy. They're not risking their site in an industry that's under the microscope. Kids need to be protected at all costs. I have a door lock on my cam floor that needs a key or fingerprint and it's locked all day every day. I don't need kids finding dildos. I'd highly suggest a door lock be used and a sign put on the door when you're working.

In a complete generalization, women make more than men and most couples when solo. There's more sites that she could work on while you watch over the kiddo. There's a ton of sites still other than Chaturbate and strip. There's clip making, OF, fansly etc.

I think the fact you were banned from 2 different sites simultaneously for the same reason goes to show that it wasn't a simple case of "your child walked into the room and into the frame, and you quickly grabbed the child and put it in another room".

If this were the case, then it could be forgiven, and at least there is some sympathy there for you from everyone else - as mentioned, things happen, and depending on the child's age they can be naughty and manage to do things (open doors and all sorts).

But the fact CB responded saying you knew the child was there, to me, indicates it wasn't how I described above, and in fact, you left the child there in the background or the same room etc
And once again, depending on exactly what happened (did the kid manage to run into the room and frame and you removed it as soon s you saw, or did you keep the child there, or was it already there the whole time), saying "it was the first time" and it's "unfair" because of that is completely wrong. It's an adult site and has zero tolerance for plenty of good reasons, not only for their own sake but more importantly for the child - even if you're being all innocent with the child and nothing bad and abusive, there are MANY sick individuals who could be watching and doing things or wanting to do things.


So, as harsh as you may think the ban is, I don't believe it's unfair with how CB response indicated you knew the child was there, and the fact you mentioned you were banned from both CB and SC at the same time for this same reason.
