Please Help me! Account banned for an expired ID

Hello @punker barbie !
My account "strawberripulp" has been banned for an expired ID as of 7/17/24, which I did not receive a warning or email for..
I immediately updated my Id, and reached out to chaturbate support as soon as it happened, but I still have not heard anything from the support team, and my account is still banned...
I would love to know what is going on, and how long it will be until I can begin streaming again, for I have fully transitioned to modeling with CB full time and I have never had an issue like this before...
I am praying you can help me with this situation!
