Please assist - reactivate fifty_shades69 - 6 months passed

Hello,

I emailed Chaturbate support on November 18th, about an account that was suspended in May, somewhere in the middle. Maybe the 10th of May.

My model worked for someone else, and left that studio. but the studio owner had someone else work under their ID and was then banned.

My model was sent the email to acknowledge they understood why the ban, and as a result would have a 6 month suspension.

6 months has passed, but when my model emails support they just get the template response that the ban is permanent. But it was never permanent.

Below is some of the email chain. The last response about the 6 months is actually dated June 9th, I am happy to wait until June 9th, but you will see the violation email was May 1.

I am only asking that I can have some response to my support request.

Can I have some direction on how to proceed.?? Thank you !!

As noted in our email # 19543976 to you, we understand you have provided this documentation; however, we must take all steps to avoid even the impression that we are allowing minors to broadcast through the CB platform. Unfortunately, this means that occasionally we need to block a user’s ability to broadcast — even when they prove that they are over 18 — because they appear to be too young.

Again, we encourage you to reach out again in 6 months. All amounts in your account will be dispersed on our next payout date.

The email I sent from my studio owner email on November 18th, has never been responded to.... I just checked.

The last reply was an automated response that someone would respond. and that was November 18th.

No reply to that email since then.....

I am guessing the problem is that I included a previous ticket number, so that is why no response...... I will submit a new ticket, and omit any ticket numbers. Maybe the system will not disregard this time.

I opened a new ticket on December 3rd, now 12 days. All I received was the automated response that support would get back to me shortly.
Why is it, that support won't reply to support requests... I am only asking if the 6 months is up, and my model can continue to work.
It's rude to just ignore customers and pretend they don't exist......

Now about 15 days to my new ticket. No answer. Not sure why CB just ignores email requests. If they had paid support, I would pay for it. At least then these problem could get solved. But CB just ignores request, and it is unethical to practice like this. But obviously they don't care. They have plenty of models, and don't need to worry about a few they ban for no cause.
