I'd say amber is really more like a 40DD, judging from height-weight and how soft she looks. Plus the way her bra fits in the pics I saw, looks a little loose in the cups. Not dogging her body at all - and 40DD is nothing to be ashamed about, I'd call that bragging rights

Is a BMI of about 24 considered obese? As far as I've ever seen, I'm a notch under the "overweight" category (still "average" on the charts I've seen.)

And thanks Killer, I know you were trying to be supportive and all, but the line about my BMI being in the obese category kinda threw me for a loop. Surely me being considered obese would prove a major point about the guildelines being really off, but I feel like the calculations may have been off in the first place.

I am 5'4", and teeter between about 136-140lbs (consistently closer to 140 since I've started weight training and replacing fat with muscle mass). Regardless of if my calculations or your calculations are correct, I don't fall into any "big" category in my opinion.

I think I saw it two different times when Amber did her "measuring show". Once was in response to some idiot saying something like "nice 38dds, bb". She did ribcage, around the boobs, waist, and hips. She was very careful to get the measurements correct, and made sure there was a closeup on the tape on each measurement. IIRC, her ribcage measuement was 29" or 30".

The bottom line is that I don't need a measuring tape to verify her amazing proportions, or to prove that she's awesomely fit...just one look will tell you that.

Yeah, VS bras are pricey. A long time ago I bought a nice push-up bra from there called 'Black Galaxy' (I think it was $58). I was pissed when it came apart (straps broke or the bra ripped? Can't remember). I don't usually buy bras from VS unless I have a coupon...lol. I need to be taking advantage of that survey offer they have at the bottom of every receipt ($10 off your next $50 purchase). It's REALLY easy to spend $50+ in Victoria's Secret.

I paid off my VS card and closed my account. Those store cards can get a person in trouble...lol. Way too easy to just say "Charge it to my card," and then you get the bill in the mail...YIKES! I'm not in there as much anymore, because the prices are insane (I've found gorgeous, comfy push-up bras in my size at Walmart for $8), and it annoys me having VS sales associates ask me every 5 minutes "Do you need help with something?" and giving me a rundown of all of the current sales. They're even more pushy than the sales associates at Bath and Body Works...lol.

I still get VS offers in the mail, by the way (FREE panty, etc.).
