That TOS is just up there for advertising reasons. Tons of nudity, etc on imgur. Imgur's owner himself says he doesn't care if that stuff is up there.AshaSnow said:

Not saying you have to trust that, or me, just that imgur.com is widely known to be one of the most tolerant image hosts.

I have used Photeto.com since 2005 and I love it! They're owned by an adult company so they're 100% cool with xxx pics. Their customer service is rockin, and I think the most expensive monthly package is like 6.00 a month so its a win/win!

I like keeping .png because it retains some of its transparency. I thought about photeto, but held out in case I could find something I didn't have to pay for.
What I finally found was picstore.org which is free and fit my needs perfectly. Yay! Thank you everyone for your help :angel8:
Jupiter helped a lot by making me realize I might be able to find lists of suggested sites instead of just googling for specific sites themselves ^_^

I'm glad to know that now, I didn't know any of that really. I just trusted the TOS since my experience so far is with imageshack and how they would take down some of my pics even if they weren't violating any TOS that I knew of. So I dug around for a few days -- I never realized how difficult it would be to search google for reliable adult picture hosting that allowed hotlinking o.0 I shoulda just took my chances with imgur and saved myself the trouble lol. But I am really happy I found picstore.org. Now I extra extra have nothing to worry about ^_^

You could probably see them when you were working with them because they were still in your browser cache. I tried linking to photos on Imgur in a profile and when I checked on them with another browser, they did not appear. Imageshack worked for me, but I wasn't posting adult content.
