Since I'm on the other side of the planet I have to ask: is beastiality (euck) actually illegal in the us? I only ask because for a long time it was actually legal here in Swede . It was paired up with the law against homosexuality and when that law fell the beastiality actually became legal too. For a long time the government said it wasn't needed because it fell under animal cruelty but it wasn't worded out in any law.

I'm not sure but I THINK it's is own law now but if so, it's only a year old. It's been discussed so much im not really sure if it passed or not but I hope so.

It varies by state. But for the most part, yes it is illegal. Not every state has a law against it though.

Once you start looking into it though it gets complicated. Most states have laws against making bestiality pornography, some have laws against selling it. Some have laws against owning it. Many have laws specifically against you doing the act.

Like I said, it varies widely. Even the penalties vary from misdemeanors to felonies.

There's not really a federal law for it, they've left it up to the states to make their own. So you pretty much have to look up the laws for each state in question.

And yes, it passed in Sweden. Illegal since 2014. Fine and up to 2 years in prison.

so i started to cam again, few days ago, its almost like magic to do it lately as i have a 10 moths baby boy and my dog and cat fooling around through the house all day!
Question: if my dog appears infront of my cam, like just walking around, am i going to be banned? My &¨%$# cat also is always jumping around, i am always jumpy about him showing on cam. The easy part is my son, which is sleeping while i cam, anyway, i dont get naked or do sexual shows at all as my shows re more into BDSM.
to make it easier, as each site has a policy, im on AW. Tried to find on FAQ something about it, but all they mention is that pets cant show on videos or pics.

In my experience, if your cat walks in front of the cam, expect a lot of "nice pussy" or beastiality comments, it gets annoying after a while because they think they're the first one to say it.

I stopped doing directcam on AW because i cant prevent the pets to show on cam, so for that reason im only doing directIM, which is bringging me good traffic and shows on skype, so if they do show partially on cam, i wont get more than idiot comments.

I did get a email back from them and here is what they said: "As long as there is no inappropriate activity with your pets we have no issue with them being on cam. Thanks!"

Thanks for posting that PenelopeLacy. I've been really paranoid about locking my cats out of the room when I'm on MFC and they hate being locked out. I might start letting them roam around again, provided they aren't actually trying to sleep in front of the cam.
