Person ineligible to broadcast

Hi,
Got broadcast suspended because we didn’t notice one of our ids wasn’t approved because the image was blurry. Reuploaded the id and that got approved but now it says person inlegible to broadcast on mine. It’s been 4 hours since I reached out to support with no response. Please help @punker barbie . Username is Davidandraya .Thank you!

Imagine how much easier it would be on CB support if they didn’t allow an account to broadcast until it was 100% confirmed that any and all IDs were completely verified first.

just wow, right?

And also yeah wait more than 4 hours before coming to a completely 3rd party site to ask help for the support issue.

They, like you, did not wait long enough to come report it here and things just got resolved naturally.

Sorry I'm singling you out to try to make a more general point, patience is key, and my forum should not need to be required in order to get a resolution.

I reported a user a month ago and got a response two days ago. Granted, it wasn't like OMG super important, but that's just kind of the timeline things are on right now.
