Persitant trolls

Troll Dexter_Morgan_M99 continually gets acount suspended for vile messages both in chat and PMs to models yet is continually allowed to return after weak suspensions, when will stripchat ban these types of accounts permanently? Surely numerous reports, suspensions and vile posts should mean a permanent ban?

Yes, multiple reports, suspensions, and inappropriate posts can ultimately result in a permanent ban.

For your reference, here are the various ways you can report violations. I encourage you to report any upsetting messages that you come across.

Additionally, if you are a model, I highly recommend banning any user who behaves rudely or offensively. You can find instructions on how to do so here.

He came back from suspension last night, straight into room and wa abusive. Reported and SC support say no breach of T&Cs

As stated previously, if you are a model I highly encourage you to simply block the users that you find offensive.

Maybe you should be more encouraged to ban permanently abusive users? He is not the only user that has been allowed to persist on the site. Models banning him from their room is all good and fine but with certain ones all that is happening is the can is getting kicked to the next model that gets to deal with them.
