Hey Folks!
I joined MFC last October and due to many reasons I was only able to cam once or twice a month. At first I got a lot of tips and people coming into my room (usually about 100) but now that the new model status no longer appears on my profile things seem to be going downhill very quickly and I'm making almost no money to around 15 viewers.
I've been on almost everyday for the last 2 weeks and my camscore has dropped to 872 from a little over 1000. I really want to make this a full time thing now that I have the time and freedom to do so, so I'm wondering if it is worthwhile sticking it out with my current profile, or if I should cancel my account and start all over again due to the benefit of having the new model status and the likelihood of gathering more regulars?

MFC will almost never let you just create a new account, so your decision may be made for you!

Personally I think ~800 is recoverable and you should stick with it. If you've been online every day for the past few weeks, I would try sticking it out with that schedule and things might go up! Your score isn't that much lower than it would've been with a new account and you probably already have some guys who will come back for more.

I've seen models with little attendance to begin their cam career and stick it out, and eventually their attendance steadily increased while others had an instantaneous spike. It can be fickle, sure, but there's definitely a legit shot at improving success.

I'm not sure what's discussed in the "model's only" section of this forum, but i'm hearing there's a ton of useful insight for successful camming. Gotta get model status first, which you can start here....

I thought about this too, expect I figured MFC wouldn't allow it. I wish they would. When I first started camming in October last year I was pregnant, and I refused to use that and play into the 'niche' - so I could barely do anything. Being so limited my cam score plummeted. I did well, don't get me wrong I've been making a lovely amount (barr the last month...) but I could have done so much better. My cam score is around the 600's now... so this seems to mean no one ever wants to come into my room. It's actually becoming a bit of a problem for me because the lack of viewers and people dropping in and going straight back out can really get me down feeling bad about myself. I wanted to start over, and be able to start as I wanted to continue, but I guess they wont let me.

At this point I'm just having to stick to it, I tried Chaturbate but they banned me within like four hours for NO reason at all, bongacams wont take my I.D. and none of the others will - Don't ask why, it's effing annoying, my I.D. is perfectly fine, otherwise Chaturbate and MFC wouldn't have accepted it.

Good luck! come back and let me know how things go for you because I'm in the exact same position right now.
